I went to Kunshan and booked the Kachen Hotel. The hotel has just opened and the facilities are very new, the layout is very warm and the facilities are very complete. The service is especially good, from the reception on the ground floor to the check-in in the lobby to the room service. They are all very enthusiastic and try their best to meet the needs of the elderly. We also gave out rice dumplings for the Lantern Festival, which made both the elders and children very happy. I will stay here again when I come to Kunshan.

The service attitude is super good. The auntie cleaned the room very quickly. The front desk lady was very beautiful. When we stayed here, we upgraded the room type for free and received fruit.
