I have to give a thumbs up to Xiaosheng at the front desk for his meticulousness! He not only checked me in efficiently, but also remembered my room preferences. The smart guest control system upgraded the accommodation experience. The breakfast options were rich and varied, ranging from Western bakery to Chinese dim sum, and the freshly squeezed juice was particularly fresh. The self-service laundry room offers a variety of washing modes and high drying efficiency. The gym is open 24 hours a day and the equipment is very well maintained. Xiaosheng also took the initiative to help me delay the check-out time, which made people feel warm.

Zhaoye B&B is a big surprise on the trip to Zhouzhuang! Hidden in the hinterland of the scenic area but away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, you can see the small bridge and flowing water when you open the window, and watch the swaying oars on the terrace, and take in the spring scenery. The room is clean as new, and the high-end amenities show the details. The young lady is warm and responsive to the needs in a timely manner. The breakfast is freshly made and rich, with both Suzhou characteristics and Western food. The Suzhou-style soup noodles are warm and stomach-warming. The ancient decoration and smart facilities are perfectly integrated. Staying in the water town at night with the sound of cicadas is an ideal place to escape from the city. Only when you come here will you know what ”the best place to sleep in the moonlight in Jiangnan” is!

Satisfied The second floor of Linhe has a good view and a big room. The kitten will also play in front of the window, don't have fun. Good location, convenient shopping in the ancient town.

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

I took my high school kid here for a day off at the tail end of the holiday season. It was quick and convenient to get here from Shanghai. When I entered the hotel, I was told that the room type had been upgraded to a double bedroom, which was a real surprise. There were soft drinks and fruits in the room for us to enjoy, a huge sofa, and an exquisite little courtyard (the little snail had afternoon tea with us). It was so much fun to stay there for a day. There is also a granary that we can climb up in the hotel, as well as a Kunqu Opera art exhibition, and egrets by the lake. I especially want to mention the dinner in the hotel. Although it is a set meal, every dish is delicious. I look forward to coming again next time. It's great!

Very right choice! Highly recommended! Over the weekend, I gathered a few friends to explore Yangcheng Lake and taste the hairy crabs that people across the country long for. After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

It was a very happy weekend trip. I spent two relaxing and comfortable days in the B&B. The service was very good. Knowing it was my birthday, they specially decorated the room and sent birthday noodles. The food was also great. The hot pot and barbecue sets booked in advance were large and fresh. I will bring my whole family with me next time.

Very satisfied with the stay experience, the front desk service is good, enthusiastic and patient, parking is convenient, the hotel is in a good location, only separated from the scenic spot by a wall. There is a small discount for buying tickets at the front desk! First choice for stay. Satisfied.

When I booked the room, I was very attracted by the theme of Yinyuejia, the small garden at the entrance, and the large lawn. Each room also has a different style, so I hesitated for a long time. Finally, I chose the Rain After Coffee with a large terrace~ After arriving at the B&B, I was not disappointed. The garden, swimming pool, lobby with a strong music atmosphere and lawn for camping gave me a full holiday feeling~ The furnishings in the room also surprised me. The semi-circular floor-to-ceiling windows and the large outdoor terrace... The household items and unique lamps in the room can reflect the exquisite taste of the B&B owner; the supplies in the bathroom must have been carefully selected. The comfort of disposable toothbrushes is comparable to those used at home. The hair dryer used is Panasonic brand. The garbage collection is also electric induction, which is convenient and hygienic~ There are many things to play in the B&B, such as swimming pools, music parties, parent-child crafts, KTV, game consoles, tea tasting, barbecue, fireworks, cat petting, etc. You can spend a whole day without going out On the second day, I asked the boss lady what fun things there were in the village. There were surprises everywhere, such as kayaking, woodworking, bookstores, fishing, and the small train at the entrance of the village... Two days are really not enough. I plan to come again in the cool autumn. I will still choose ”Yin Yue Jia” and want to try other room types!
