"The hotel is at perfect location of the ancient town, well decorated and large rooms with beautiful view directly to the canal. We book a duplex room which is perfect for 4 persons, with a big balcony which is very chill to sit there drinking tea and watch nice view surrounding. The host is very friendly and helpful. Especially there is a family restaurant at opposite site, owner is the hotel host's sister, you can taste all the best food of Zhouzhuang here in a family like atmosphere. We have travelled from Shanghai to Wuzhen, then from Wuzhen to Zhouzhuang, also spend a day to Suzhou which is about 50 minutes by car from Zhouzhuang, among all these places we find Zhouzhuang is the best water ancient town, it is a must visit place if you like the water ancient towns in China."

"It was a really great experience staying here. I loved it. The room was really clean and the facilities were all new. The owner was also very nice. He was afraid that we couldn't find it, so he personally went to the entrance to pick us up and helped carry our suitcases. We stayed in a room with a small courtyard on the first floor. The courtyard was very carefully decorated and very beautiful. The B&B is not far from the river, so it is very convenient to go out and play. It is not on the street and there is no noise. If I come here again, I will definitely book this B&B again."

"A very authentic place to stay! Being foreigners, we enjoyed the ancient town atmosphere here. Everything is very beautiful, the master even provides you with wonderful jasmine tea to boil in a clay tea-set.
It’s convenient that there are rooms with three beds. We had two rooms - one had a nice river view with a spacious balcony.
The location is great - just 5 minutes away from the automobile road and five minutes away from main attractions in the town. Despite being close to the historic center, it is a quiet street - perfect for relaxing on the balcony at the evening. The master also helps you with your luggage to bring it on a small car from the automobile road."

"Our best stay in our Shanghai and Suzhou Hangzhou trip! Booked a family room here for our two days one night stay nearby 周庄。 the lady boss is very very very helpful and friendly. They help us with our luggage, show us where to have our meal, and help us with the entrance tix as well. The bedroom is very very clean, and this Airbnb is just 3mins walk away from 周庄.
I can tell that the lady boss really loves what she is doing, welcome all the guest with warm and smile. She welcomed us with some snacks and fruits,

"The B&B is located in the scenic area, which is convenient for sightseeing. We arrived at night and called the B&B owner, who quickly came to show us the way. The room was very clean. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I booked a family suite with a loft and a small balcony. The pictures I took were the views from the balcony. When I left, the proprietress gave me a bag of Suzhou pastries. She was very enthusiastic. It was my first time staying in a B&B there, and I also saw the night view. There were also few people visiting in the morning, so it was a good experience!"

SSamson Fu HoOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour.
The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat.
So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process.
You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance.
I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom.
There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers.
The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs.
We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy.
When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

LLiam UKWell, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

JJiayoumibaoThe room is very nice, clean and tidy, and the overall environment is very comfortable. There is also a very romantic courtyard on the first floor, which is especially beautiful when the lights are turned on at night! The store also specially prepared an electric car to pick up and drop off customers at the parking lot, and it is very close to the entrance of the Shen Hall, which is very convenient! If I go to Zhouzhuang next time, I will probably choose his restaurant again.

JJakobreuVery nice small hotel next to the canals of Zhouzhuang. Rooms are good and you feel like time travelling in old China with the traditional furniture and beds. Lovely owner who provided us with tips and lots of help when I lost my wallet in a Didi. You have to pay the entry fee to get to touristic area in which the hotel is located which was ¥150 p.p. during the day, it’s cheaper if you enter after 8pm so best to check with the host who is super lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is not a new project, but the overall facilities are better than expected. The small road from the parking lot to the hotel may be a little unstable because it is made of wood. It is recommended to maintain it later.
Service: Travel-check-in-check-out, the housekeeper mode follows up the whole process, basically responds to every request in the group and replies very promptly.
The overall environment is very good. The rooms facing the water can directly see the village from the balcony. You can also go to the Ideal Village and other interesting cultural and creative studios and coffee shops nearby. Anyway, you won’t be bored. Except that there will be a little more mosquitoes in this season, everything else is ok. If you want to experience this type of hotel, it is recommended to stay here.

GGuest UserThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

GGuest UserBefore going, remember to add the owner of the hotel to WeChat! The boss will send the parking lot location, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk from the West Parking Lot to the B&B. But we came directly from work at night. Some were late. We needed to walk through a country road without lights. We were still a little scared. It should be possible to take the road, it is convenient to map, it is really convenient. I will enter the scenic spot soon. After 9 o'clock in the evening, before 7 o'clock in the morning, no tickets are required.
Facilities: Hard board bed, not used to sleeping, but husband especially likes it.
Hygienic: Very clean, that is, the family room we live in, the bathroom has no exhaust, and the taste is a bit heavy.
Environment: Very close to the scenic spot, there are also flower alleys and rain alley light shows near the hotel at night.
Service: The store is very polite and communicates smoothly before going. When I arrived, I told the store that the store turned on the air conditioner for us in time, which was very intimate.
