CCory ClayOur family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

GGuest UserThis was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation.
The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food.
Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

2210010****The hotel has just been renovated. The facilities are very new and some parts are still in the running-in period. The room is beautiful but still has some decoration smell. The lobby staff are very enthusiastic and there is a free shuttle to various parks in Disney. You need to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect for a short walk to Disney Springs! The lazy river is awesome! The room was spacious! The buffet at Letter Press was very impressive and food was great. We were super impressed with the gluten free bread choices and the dedicated gluten free toaster! You have no idea how important that is for my daughter with celiac!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for the Universal Studios Express Pass, spending three full days at the park and mostly just sleeping at the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel has a Balinese style, with a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter. There's a Starbucks on the third floor and a pool on the first floor, plus an outdoor movie screening at night. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

MMaryInitial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there.
