GGuest UserThis was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening.
Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess.
Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific.
It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg.
I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation.
The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food.
Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room facilities are relatively new and clean. However, the hotel often deducts money, and even reopens the pre-authorization deduction from your credit card after you leave the hotel. There are also repeated charges for room fees. Not recommended, be careful of pitfalls.

ZZIKUNI live here every time I come. It is very convenient and close to Disney and convenient. There is a parking lot.
🔔Service: Large room type, high-end decoration, clean and sanitary, good condition, satisfactory service. The overall hotel feels good and I like it. The airport shop does not have a pick-up service, so I feel a bit lost and regretful

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for the Universal Studios Express Pass, spending three full days at the park and mostly just sleeping at the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel has a Balinese style, with a pleasant aroma as soon as you enter. There's a Starbucks on the third floor and a pool on the first floor, plus an outdoor movie screening at night. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserI go to Orlando once a month with my mom because we have WDW annual passes. We've been trying different hotels each time because we're trying to optimize.
Coronado Springs is the only one that I prefer to this Hilton, thus far.
Disney Springs is pretty cool, and you can walk there (using pedestrian bridges) from the hotel.
My only gripe with it is the extremely high resort fee.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay! The room was amazing. Very welcoming, clean, and with all the amenities. Nice big pool with a bar. Miniature golf and much more. It is right next to sea world and aquatica. We will be staying again. Thank you DoubleTree at SeaWorld.
