Orange County Hotels with balcony

We were going to stay at a Disney resort hotel, but cost was a factor. Then we saw Drury hotel. Book this place. 100% book this place. Rooms: Our standard room is large, very good AC, fridge, coffee machine and microwave are all in the room. Bed is clean, large, comfortable, with many pillows. There is a large table with 2 chairs and a dressing table with another chair. And there is still so much room to move around. Windows are super large and offer a great view. A iron and ironing board, safe and area to hang clothes are also in the room Bathroom Large, clean towels everyday, but the only negative I would say is that the shower head is an overhead one without a handheld attachment. This downside is overshadowed by the other hotel features. Food Breakfast is 7-10am. Consists of eggs, pancakes, bagels, bread, yogurt, biscuits/crumpets, waffles int he shape of micky mouse, oatmeal, other cereal, tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice. All made fresh, all tastes good. The best thing about this place is what they call the ‘kickback. From 5.30-7.30pm everyday they serve dinner. Each day has a different menu but it’s usually chicken, veg, salad, all the same drink options from breakfast, hotdogs, burgers, and much more. Along side this, from 4.30pm - 8pm they offer free popcorn and drinks. The evening kickback meal is a lifesaver!! Firstly, its free, but more importantly, af

This was pretty much a great mother/daughter shopping trip that had been awesome up until the last evening. Our condo was clean, we didn’t get hounded by sales people, it was nice knowing you had to have a key card to get into the gates etc. pretty much a false sense of security I guess. Some time between 8:30 our last night there and 9:00 the next morning someone decided to “key” my vehicle. Now, when I say “key” it let me specify by saying there are three specific lines from the headlight to the rear fender of my the drivers side of my SUV. It has three very specific “dips” and lines that were not a quick walk by. This was specific. It’s very unfortunate that even though I was parked in front of the building there are no cameras covering the front of the bldg. I’m waiting now to hear from the Security Office what, if anything, they plan on doing. Very disappointed that this would happen at a Hilton property.

This is a huge and beautiful property, a high-quality, fully furnished apartment with a truly luxurious bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi and attractive sinks. Despite my personal perfect rating, I wouldn't return because I find the charge of $30 plus taxes (about $33 daily) for parking on a property where I'm already staying to be completely unfair and abusive. There are other properties that are exactly the same, with the same amenities and very minor differences, that offer free parking, like the WestGate where I've stayed three times previously and never paid for parking.

I've now stayed at 8 different hotels in or near WDW so far in 2025, including 3 in the Disney Springs area. The Ren is #3 both overall, and near Disney Springs (Hilton Palace, and Hyatt BV are the two I prefer). The staff at the Ren were univserally great and their warmth seemed genuine. I also thought the food in the restaurant/lounge was unuually good for standard American grub; they make staple items like sandwiches and breakfast spreads much better than average. Clearly, whoever's in charge of F&B is a star, even if creativity was lacking. I was traveling with my senior citizen mother, so we requested an accessible room. Sometimes, this gets you an oddly shaped room that is a waste of square footage. This wasn't really the case at the Ren, though there was still a longish hallway between the door and the living space. But, it was basically just a normal room with a large bathroom. The bedding, furniture, and toiletries were all up to brand standard. The pool was just okay IMO, but certainly isn't a reason to book elsewhere. They hand out coupons for free drinks/appetizers every day; be sure to ask if you don't see them in your ”passport” folder. I think I'll stay there again next year because my mom really liked it (i.e. she was treated especially well), and it was a pretty good value (all of the DS hotels are in the same general price range, but the Ren is on the lower end of the spetrum and their resort fee is less onerous than some of the others...maybe because it's less of a resort, which is okay with me).

It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. Hotel was clean, the room was big. Overall, its pretty nice.

My flight was delayed, so I didn't arrive until the morning after my scheduled check-in day. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times via email and internet calls during check-in hours, but couldn't get through. When I finally arrived to check in, they told me my first night had been cancelled and I couldn't check in until 2 PM. I explained about my attempts to contact them and the flight delay, but they wouldn't budge, saying it wasn't the hotel's responsibility, and I didn't get a refund for the first night. I left my luggage and went to Disney, finally checking in that evening. There was no water in the room, but I could get some from the front desk. There was no safe in the room. The next day, after returning from Disney after closing, I found a single piece of paper in my room stating that there would be a water shutdown for maintenance from 11 PM to 5 AM. It was already 11 PM. I had to use the restrooms at the Courtyard next door. During my three-day stay, there was no room cleaning or towel change at all. On the positive side, the free breakfast was good, with Mickey pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausages.

This hotel was pretty average, but we were only using it as a place to sleep after visiting Universal Studios anyway. The parking fee was a total rip-off – it showed as free when I booked, but then it became $10.

My mom and I go to WDW monthly and have tried all sorts of hotels, both on and off property. This HIlton is one of our favorites from a value standpoint. The location only makes sense if you're planning on taking advantage of Disney Springs, which is 500 meters from the hotel via elevated walkways, because it has lots of good restaurants, whereas the hotel itself doesn't. The lazy river pool is one of the hotel's other big carrots, and it doesn't disappoint. I stayed in the same room both during both visits because my mom requested an accessible room near the elevator. This floor plan is definitely sub optimal (e.g. long hallway between the sleeping area and the shower room, but standard rooms looked just like you'd expect them too. The short of it is that liked this hotel enough to return a second time, which is pretty good because none of the others have made that cut.

Good stay at the DoubleTree Disney Springs area - as a rewards member for Hilton I was able to have an early check in plus an upgrade on the booked room - this probably had a lot to do with the fact that it's off peak season. Given a welcome cookie and free water vouchers (to redeem in the marketplace) for the days there. The upgraded room was on the 5th floor (501) away from the elevators, overlooking the pool area. the suite sleeps 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed. both beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. The suite had a door to divide the bedroom/bathoom and living room area but only had 1 bathroom which needs maintenance - the bath was low and somewhat dirty, the water was cold (felt more so as there was a cold spell in the area). The kitchenette was basic, a little sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and enough space to prep basic meal in addition to a table. There was noise from the close-by motorway, but not enough to disrupt the nights sleep/stay. Overall a good stay, with good service from the staff - recommended for larger parties who want to be close to disney springs but also the area outside the disney bubble, both of these areas are within a walkable distance of around 15~20mins from the hotel, the hotel also offers shuttle bus service to the disney parks areas and welcome booklet with discounts.
