"Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!"

"Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast !
The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot.
And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold.
If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place."

"Stayed for 7 nights, and it was great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Disney Springs, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size was just right. They have a swimming pool and a laundry room, and the service was very good. The only downside was that breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety – just enough to get by. I apologize, I was in a hurry on the last morning and forgot to leave a tip."

"Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers.
Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects."

"The rooms are clean and getting to the park is convenient. Tomorrow, all meals are included. The food can be a bit salty, but it's still good. They also provide fruit every day. Breakfast mainly consists of oatmeal, bread, and cereal. The scrambled eggs are delicious, and so are the fried potato wedges. On the first floor, to the left of the entrance, there's a water bar. On the second floor, there's a self-serve beverage station with popcorn that opens daily at 4:30 PM."
