"Location is really really good. Close to everything I drive the pointe and even close enough to Kia center! Got a chance to check out a magic game at home. The uber ride there was less than 30 minutes away. Got a chance to see them play for the first time and they won had a great time. Can’t wait to travel back to the area too. The hotel is a good bang for your buck. And no resort fees!"

"Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!"

"This 3-star hotel lives up to its rating. It's conveniently located near Disney and Disney Springs, offering great value for money. The rooms are clean and the lake area boasts beautiful scenery. However, driving in and out can be a bit roundabout due to its location in the lake district."

"Do not expect this hotel to have any amenities, even no slippers. The floor was having some long black hair either from the cleaning stuff or the previous customer. Overall it is very worn out from the inside: outdated furniture, old carpets, poor wood working, the wardrobe door was falling off. On the good side is free parking, reasonable price considering the proximity to different places in Orlando, breakfast was quite ok."

"I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!"

"Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects."

"The hotel is very cost-effective, clean and hygienic. It is safe and reliable and is very suitable for business trips. It is conveniently located near nearby attractions. It costs only a dozen dollars to take a taxi. The breakfast is simple. I stayed for four nights. However, the room is very airtight and the ventilation is not good. It is very uncomfortable to stay for a long time."

"Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities"

"Check in experience was good. Property is very big and spacious with plenty of amenities. We stayed to enjoy our universal trip. There are many shuttles goes to universal at different timings in a day. Service with in the property is good everyone was very helpful. But i had one issue with the appliances provided in the rooms were not clean and room had weird smell in the bathroom which eventually you wont smell much if you keep the bathroom fan on all the time. Appliances in the room are old. Carpet was not cleaned properly. Rooms are spacious."

"It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere."
