"We stayed at this Days Inn the night before our cruise departure from Port Canaveral. Its close proximity to the Orlando airport made it a convenient choice for our late arrival, though it did mean a longer drive to the port the following morning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and met our expectations for a short overnight stay. Breakfast was included, which was appreciated, but it fell just short of what most would consider a true continental breakfast. The selection was fairly limited, and the pastries in particular tasted more like day-old items than fresh offerings. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay near the airport."

"Staying at this hotel inside the airport was extremely convenient. Because the hotel is located within the airport, we felt very relaxed and had plenty of time before our flight the next day. The check-in counters and the security checkpoint were both very close to the hotel entrance, which made the travel experience smooth and stress-free. Another big plus was the nearby 24-hour McDonald’s, which was perfect for a late-night meal or an early morning bite. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with early flights or tight schedules. We would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and there were various simple breakfasts, so it was good for a family accommodation because it was possible to solve the breakfast. It was an icon park view, but it was good, and there was a free ice maker in the hotel, so I could get ice. It was convenient to use the washing machine and dryer for $2 per machine while getting wet with clothes on the Oka show and rides while visiting Sea World. At breakfast, the staff of kadalina smiled and greeted me. Thank you for welcoming me brightly. For breakfast, the staff will spread egg omelettes and sausages. Fresh milk and cereal were also good. The drinks were Floria orange juice and apple juice. I didn't drink coffee because I didn't like coffee, but I think it was a good American style breakfast and cost-effective stay. The parking fee is $16 per day and I paid 100 months in advance with a deposit in advance. I'm waiting for you to return it later except for parking."

This is a very new resort hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is varied and can be ordered or enjoyed buffet style. There is a large lake in the courtyard with many free water activities. It is very close to Disneyland and there is a free shuttle bus. I will definitely choose to stay here next time I go there.

在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Traveling with a friend's family, we requested two connecting rooms. Our window overlooked the Swan Hotel, with the pier nestled between the two hotels. To get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, you take a boat, which is super convenient. Epcot is incredibly close; even without the boat, a 7-8 minute walk along the river gets you right to the entrance. The free Orlando gondola station is also right outside Epcot. It's a nice option for a leisurely ride in the evening. The gondola can also take you to Hollywood Studios, but it's not as convenient or quick as the boat. For Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom, just head to the shuttle bus stop to the left of the hotel entrance. Each bus is clearly marked with the park's name, making it very straightforward. The hotel lobby has a dedicated Disney service desk for tickets and inquiries, which is really handy. The lobby itself is huge and features a bar that's always bustling with foreigners enjoying drinks and chatting. There's a supermarket on the first floor, but it's honestly not cheap. I bought some drinks, a few pieces of bread, and a vegetable salad for the kids, and it cost over 1000 RMB – haha! Every evening, around 9 PM, we'd set up a table, pour some baijiu, and watch the spectacular fireworks from Epcot on the left. Sometimes, Hollywood Studios on the right would join in with their own display. Drinking and watching, it was pure bliss. Ordering takeout with Uber Eats was also incredibly easy, with a user-friendly interface. A guy even delivered our food in a Mercedes – capitalism is truly decadent! Haha 😄

The hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must.

I've now stayed at 8 different hotels in or near WDW so far in 2025, including 3 in the Disney Springs area. The Ren is #3 both overall, and near Disney Springs (Hilton Palace, and Hyatt BV are the two I prefer). The staff at the Ren were univserally great and their warmth seemed genuine. I also thought the food in the restaurant/lounge was unuually good for standard American grub; they make staple items like sandwiches and breakfast spreads much better than average. Clearly, whoever's in charge of F&B is a star, even if creativity was lacking. I was traveling with my senior citizen mother, so we requested an accessible room. Sometimes, this gets you an oddly shaped room that is a waste of square footage. This wasn't really the case at the Ren, though there was still a longish hallway between the door and the living space. But, it was basically just a normal room with a large bathroom. The bedding, furniture, and toiletries were all up to brand standard. The pool was just okay IMO, but certainly isn't a reason to book elsewhere. They hand out coupons for free drinks/appetizers every day; be sure to ask if you don't see them in your ”passport” folder. I think I'll stay there again next year because my mom really liked it (i.e. she was treated especially well), and it was a pretty good value (all of the DS hotels are in the same general price range, but the Ren is on the lower end of the spetrum and their resort fee is less onerous than some of the others...maybe because it's less of a resort, which is okay with me).

We had an outstanding stay at Rosen Shingle Creek—easily one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in Orlando. The service was truly first-class, and every interaction with the staff was smooth and professional. A special thank you to Ilese, the front desk manager, who was an absolute delight to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We needed to extend our daughter-in-law’s stay by an extra night, and the team made the process incredibly easy—even upgrading her room. They also offer complimentary notary services, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

First off room’s door was faulty cos you had to pull the handle up before pushing it down to open… which i had to ask at the front desk day 2 cos i kept having trouble opening it. Shower was a bathtub with showerhead, and the floor of it was squidgy for some reasonh, like water was trapped under it or something? Very weird. But I like that the hotel has a laundry room, very convenient, and the room has a fridge. Service from front desk and attendants at the entrance were fantastic. Good location due to short walk to disney springs. Free shuttle to disney parks, which you have to book in advance, and note this is part of the extra daily resort fee so technically not free tbh.

I am here to participate in the exhibition. The service is very, very poor, equivalent to no service. Stayed for three nights, did not change towels and bath towels, we called the front desk to get a new towel, the other party said to pay a service fee of 15 knives. At 8:00 in the morning of the last day of check-out, I asked if we would continue to live, and I said that I was not sure for the time being. The front desk was Yinyang and I said whether you can be sure in 2026. The check-out time is 10 o'clock in the morning. Since we are in a hurry to go to the exhibition site, we hope to negotiate whether we can check out at 12 noon (the normal check-out time in China), the front desk clerk said that they must participate in a conference (KPI pulls the head) organized by them before extending the check-out time. We can check out first. The resort environment is good, but the service is very, very poor experience! Don't come!

My flight was delayed, so I didn't arrive until the morning after my scheduled check-in day. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times via email and internet calls during check-in hours, but couldn't get through. When I finally arrived to check in, they told me my first night had been cancelled and I couldn't check in until 2 PM. I explained about my attempts to contact them and the flight delay, but they wouldn't budge, saying it wasn't the hotel's responsibility, and I didn't get a refund for the first night. I left my luggage and went to Disney, finally checking in that evening. There was no water in the room, but I could get some from the front desk. There was no safe in the room. The next day, after returning from Disney after closing, I found a single piece of paper in my room stating that there would be a water shutdown for maintenance from 11 PM to 5 AM. It was already 11 PM. I had to use the restrooms at the Courtyard next door. During my three-day stay, there was no room cleaning or towel change at all. On the positive side, the free breakfast was good, with Mickey pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausages.

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
