We had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things that stood out the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. The service and hospitality made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and pre-dinner drinks—such lovely extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The infinity pool was another highlight, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had such a lovely and memorable experience at Lanson Place. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manila. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hotel 101 for the exceptional service we received during our stay. When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special. Last june, I stayed at a hotel with my family. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff welcomed us warmly and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel’s location was convenient because it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere. There were only a few minor issues. The air conditioner took some time to cool the room, and the elevator was busy during peak hours. However, these did not greatly affect our stay. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend it to my friends and family because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Very near world trade center. The place is well kept. The rooftop is also relaxing.

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u

It was my final day at philippines, as well as me as a guest to them. the staff members ware too much friendly to me, I have a bad habit that I couldn’t sleep at night so I used to seat at the reception area during late night and watch reels and talk with my family, surprisingly they tolerate my noise every night. there was no one at hotel to make noise from 11PM - 5AM during nights, I was the only one. they never get offended on me and they help me in every single way possible 🌚 Thanks for everything.

It’s just a smooth transaction with the hotel. About the room, it’s clean that guests will be comfortable to stay. I’ll just recommend to add pillowcases, bed sheet and a blanket to make it more comfortable. We had a great stay and the staffs are friendly. We’ll surely book again in this hotel.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.
