CCrisel MarquinaHad our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered!
Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D
Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage.
Points for improvement:
Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities.
i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them.
e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans.
Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉

GGuest UserWe had a great time staying at Mandarin Nest Boracay. Very good location - beachfront, very near D'mall, and there are fastfood below it. We loved the amenities, topped with the freebies and daily treats. Breakfast at Hakuna Matata is nice, as well as their cocktails. We get 20% discount on food items just because we were guests. The reception is always helpful - lending umbrellas, towels, and even packing us breakfast since we checked out early. They have a washing station at the front to help wash away sand - which is very helpful. They also have elevator and gym, something I have not seen on other Station 2 accommodations before. Will stay here again!

CChelley BWe had a wonderful stay at Hue Hotels Boracay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly — they always made us feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we truly had a great experience and would love to stay here again! 🌴✨

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect, especially for enjoying the beach. We especially loved the slippers provided, which were very convenient to use by the shore.
We also want to commend the delicious breakfast offerings. Our family truly looked forward to it every morning, and it became one of the highlights of our stay.
Most importantly, we want to recognize the excellent customer service we received from your team. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. In particular, we would like to commend Mr. Ollie Atienza, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warm assistance left a lasting impression on us.
We are also thankful to your team for making our father’s birthday more special during our stay. It meant a lot to our family and added to the memorable experience we had at your hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is unbeatable—right on Station 1's beautiful beachfront, which is perfect for families looking to avoid the more crowded areas of Boracay.
The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the beach-inspired decor that felt cozy and tropical. The pool area was another highlight for the kids, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax while they enjoyed the water.
Breakfast was a treat every morning with a great selection of local and international dishes that catered to all our tastes. The on-site restaurant also had a fantastic menu for lunch and dinner, with dishes that gave us a taste of the local flavors as well as family-friendly options.
Another plus is the easy access to nearby shops and dining options along the beach path, so we could explore the island without any hassle.
Astoria Boracay is truly an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend it and can’t wait for our next trip back! :)

GGuest UserHotel was under renovation so didnt feel comfortable most of the time. Reserved room with beach view but unless you get the top floor its not much of a view at all. No free drinking water in the room was a surprise! The constant live music at dining isnt my thing but thats not particular to this hotel as its a Filipino thing in general. The room is big sized and everything (electrics, bathroom) worked well enough. The food was better than anticipated at the breakfast Buffett and was nice at other times as well.
They require a 1000peso per night deposit on check in which is absurd if staying for a week. All in all its vastly overpriced and a bit tired looking place and I wouldn’t consider returning anytime soon.
Staff were fantastically attentive and helpful !

马马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch.
A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us.
I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

We recently stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay for 2 nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The property is beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect for accessing the beach.
However, we feel the breakfast offering is an area that needs significant improvement and doesn't match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.
· Limited Variety: The selection was quite limited and remained almost exactly the same every day. After a few days, it became very repetitive.
· Food Temperature: The hot food items (e.g., sausages, bacon, steamed rice) were often lukewarm or cold, which was disappointing.
· Freshness: On a couple of mornings, the pastries and bread felt a bit stale, as if they were from the previous day.
· Local Flavors Missing: We were hoping for more authentic Filipino breakfast options (like garlic rice, different local sausages, or fresh tropical fruits beyond just watermelon and pineapple) to better experience the local cuisine.
This is a lovely hotel with so much going for it. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a few improvements to the breakfast would make this a truly 5-star experience. We would still consider staying again, mainly for the excellent service and fantastic facilities.
