1. Remote Urubamba 2. Breakfast and facilities are average 3. The staff are friendly and do their best to help. 4. English communication was not desired. 5. But it's a perfect place to get out of your daily life and relax in a quiet and peaceful place around.

The service staff is very good and kind. There are staff at the counter for four hours to help solve the problem. The location is very good. The train will arrive at the hotel. I think  The train passes by with only a little vibration and no sound.

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark
