The welcome was warm, the check-in effortless, and the staff carried a calm kindness that made everything feel easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and honest in its simplicity. After a long day of travel and meetings, it felt like a safe pause, a place where my mind could finally rest while my heart caught up. Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.

The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, and the staff serving it are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I arrived at night and asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Although they agreed, the blanket was never delivered.

GGuest UserThe hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

GGuest UserMy elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. We could also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and other sights within about 20 minutes by walking along the porticoes. The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate with us, offering practical and friendly advice and service. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, with timely and thorough housekeeping. All the public areas felt safe and easily accessible. Restaurant service was good, and the breakfast spread was plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Dinner wait times weren't long, and the food tasted great. They also offer convenient luggage storage and free self-service laundry and drying facilities. The only slight inconvenience was that neither the front desk nor the restaurant accepted cash at all, which wasn't ideal as not everyone has a credit card. It would be great if they could allow payment with legal tender.

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

GGuest UserGood location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

GGuest UserSatisfied. There's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food is quite good. The train station is just across the street from the hotel, making travel very convenient.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful small family owned hotel in a great location in Bologna. We had many family members staying there on our way to a wedding and it was PERFECT! The staff (especially Marco) was great - friendly, helpful & spoke good English. The rooms are all different and extremely well appointed. The rate was good and the included breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

RRuiOut of control heating. Room was 29.7 degrees celsius. Had to open window and endless noise came in. New staff completely out of training. Was left waiting 8 minutes by front desk staff that was talking to maintenance over an alarm issue. Senior staff super friendly and comped our tab for our troubles.

AAlexandraSThe hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather… On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars. The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.
