Bologna Hotels with balcony

The hotel is in a very good location, close to many famous attractions in Bologna. The service staff are very kind and the rooms are clean and beautiful. It is a good choice for accommodation in Bologna.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and there's a food court right across the street. However, there's a recurring issue with a foul odor in the room. We tolerated it the first day, and when we reported it to the front desk on the second day, they took it seriously and addressed it. By the afternoon, the smell had significantly faded, and we thought the problem was resolved. But it returned at night, likely due to guests showering and wastewater impacting the drains, causing the smell to resurface. This continued for several days. It was tolerable during the day, but at night it was unpleasant. The hotel staff diligently tried to fix it, checking in with us daily. At that point, we just felt helpless and stopped reporting it. I've sometimes noticed this same smell downstairs in this building. I suspect the entire building needs its septic tank cleaned, or perhaps the city needs to clear this section of the sewage pipes.

I Visited Bologna solo for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) check in desk is 24 hours which is helpful since I arrived later. The room was small but clean and well equipped the hotel is extremely well located, 30 seconds walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars around. amazing breakfast included in the hotel. I would definitely recommend, and revisit next time I’m in Bologna

The hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

We traveled as a group of three and stayed only one night in the apart hotel. We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. The room was clean and there were everything we needed

Beautiful appartments, shower yaouoyek, welcome water, coffee capsules. Sufficient cool-in dishes and appliances. Price quality excellent. Easy to find by instructions of removed cheque. But here registration for the city tax is tiring, even if the recognition of the passport data would work, and then it takes an hour to the family, in the road it tends to

The hotel is so so. It is old. I felt some dust in my room. Location is a 20-25min walk distance from the old town. Need to be careful at night in its area. There are some choices for the buffet breakfast. Staff is helpful although they don’t smile.

It was a bit unsmooth when I checked in, the overall was very good, the location was good, the room was large, the large terrace had a surf bathtub, and the bathroom had a massage shower head. The kitchen facilities are very complete and you can cook by yourself. Luggage can be stored.

Satisfied. There's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food is quite good. The train station is just across the street from the hotel, making travel very convenient.

This historic hotel is at least 50 years old with lovely vintage charm. Rooms are spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Boasting an unbeatable central location in Bologna’s old town, it is surrounded by countless restaurants, plus an amazing gelato shop right next door. The only downside is mild street noise at night until late hours. Still, the fantastic location makes it great value for money. Breakfast is average with limited choices. Bologna is a charming city full of history and local life, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to this city！
