Bologna Hotels with balcony

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and there's a food court right across the street. However, there's a recurring issue with a foul odor in the room. We tolerated it the first day, and when we reported it to the front desk on the second day, they took it seriously and addressed it. By the afternoon, the smell had significantly faded, and we thought the problem was resolved. But it returned at night, likely due to guests showering and wastewater impacting the drains, causing the smell to resurface. This continued for several days. It was tolerable during the day, but at night it was unpleasant. The hotel staff diligently tried to fix it, checking in with us daily. At that point, we just felt helpless and stopped reporting it. I've sometimes noticed this same smell downstairs in this building. I suspect the entire building needs its septic tank cleaned, or perhaps the city needs to clear this section of the sewage pipes.

I Visited Bologna solo for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) check in desk is 24 hours which is helpful since I arrived later. The room was small but clean and well equipped the hotel is extremely well located, 30 seconds walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars around. amazing breakfast included in the hotel. I would definitely recommend, and revisit next time I’m in Bologna

We stayed here as our main hotel while travelling to other cities, and it was such a great choice. The hotel is really close to the train station, which made everything so convenient for our family. From the outside and entrance, it may not look very special at first, but once you walk inside, the atmosphere feels warm, cosy, and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and they made us feel comfortable during our stay. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent especially the shower with strong water pressure, which we really loved after a long day of travelling. The TV was big, and there was also a fridge in the room, which was very useful. Breakfast was not huge, but there was still plenty of choice and enough to enjoy a full meal every morning. Everything about this hotel felt perfect for us. We all really liked this hotel very much, and if possible, I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is not located in the city center, but there is direct bus access to get around easily. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, and the staff serving it are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I arrived at night and asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Although they agreed, the blanket was never delivered.

We traveled as a group of three and stayed only one night in the apart hotel. We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. The room was clean and there were everything we needed

Beautiful appartments, shower yaouoyek, welcome water, coffee capsules. Sufficient cool-in dishes and appliances. Price quality excellent. Easy to find by instructions of removed cheque. But here registration for the city tax is tiring, even if the recognition of the passport data would work, and then it takes an hour to the family, in the road it tends to

Satisfied. There's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, and the food is quite good. The train station is just across the street from the hotel, making travel very convenient.

This historic hotel is at least 50 years old with lovely vintage charm. Rooms are spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Boasting an unbeatable central location in Bologna’s old town, it is surrounded by countless restaurants, plus an amazing gelato shop right next door. The only downside is mild street noise at night until late hours. Still, the fantastic location makes it great value for money. Breakfast is average with limited choices. Bologna is a charming city full of history and local life, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to this city！

I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.
