Its such very peaceful place and great environment, the sus chef mr anand was very helpful and kind to us , the Manager ajith  also helped us alot , such a great team . Opinion-  1.please change the bunk bed otherwise everything was good . 2. The payment method please give us cash option cause we foreigner can’t use g-pay (*we forget our card )but the manager helped us to settle the issue  Thank you Marriot Team 🙌🏻💯

Service was great all the staff were very attentive. Facilities like the pool were used to swimming lessons which was weird for a hotel. Rooms were clean and location was alright had a nice view of the lake but no had no gym. Overall was satisfied with the service but not the facilities.

I was a bit agitated entering the hotel as there were neither welcoming greetings nor any indication where the reception located. There were each person standing at two different tables ( not the obvious set-ups you’ll find in other hotels) and we assumed that could be the one and approached one of them. Apart from that, we did not encounter any other issues. Food: It was a bit disappointing since greem park is known delicious breakfast and other meals. The chatnis were not up to the usual taste abd were bitter. Nevertheless, I will surely stay at Green Park again to give another go.

Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, just a few minutes, convenient to transfer, and generally cost-effective. If you come to Chennai in the future, you will still stay here.

We were a day late, due to being bumped from a flight. It was a struggle to get the hotel to keep our reservation for just the second night despite having paid in advance. (Trip.com were complicit in the confusion this simple request caused.) The room was pleasant enough. Staff did a good job on check-in. We had to leave early and were promised a packed breakfast at check-in without asking for it, which was thoughtful, but in the morning there wasn't a packed breakfast. Overall it might have been fine if we hadn't had issues beyond anyone's control. But there was a marked lack of ability to adapt to to changing circumstances.

It was a fascinating trip with great experiences. India is a place like no other. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets could have been better but it was very adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return again for sure. Prices were very nice.

Breakfast was quite limited to the local cuisine, didn't accomodate international cuisines. Cleanliness and Staff were amazing. Rooms were okay, TV was a bit old and didn't have Airplay / Bluetooth. Bathroom was great.
