Spa Hotels in Chennai

We congratulate Leela for having such brilliant staff! That's what makes the hotel stands out from other high end competitors. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy at the time, we were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped down from the car. The gentleman who checked us in, Mr. Shantanu, Ms. Supra at Concierge, Nayansi, the manager at the India Restaurant... and many more whose name we were unable to remember, made us feel like some sort of noble or important persons, and all that was done from the bottom of their heart with genuine warmness...we use to stay at Peninsular, Four Seasons, Aman and the like when we went on holidays. They are not available in Chennai but we must say Leela offers even better services than our usual choices. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and classy. The pool is resort-feel even though it is in the city. The free spa facilities are very generous with many indoor jacuzzi, suana and herbal steam. We are very impressed. Thank you for ending our Easter holidays in South India perfectly!!

The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Upon entering the lobby, they have a unique welcome ritual where they present you with a red, bell-adorned garland. The hotel has a manor-like style, but the interior is quite spacious, with fifty rooms on one floor. They provide welcome fruits, and breakfast is very generous, surprisingly including seafood (though just shrimp), and stewed pork bones, which was all quite good.

Excellent service at Hyatt Regency Chennai! ⭐️ A special mention to Ranjinikanth, Syed and Isaac, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. They helped us with our baggage, assisted us whenever we needed anything, and always greeted us warmly with a smile whenever they saw us. Their attentiveness, kindness and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. They went above and beyond, and we really appreciate their excellent service. Thank you for taking such great care of us! ❤️

Stay was good and the room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast could be improved but they have good varieties. Well connected to the public transportation and taxi services. Surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

I thought the hotel was pretty good, and the service was excellent, but they should improve hygiene; they should clean and tidy up more often. Also, the beds for the extra bed service weren't very good; I suggest ordering two beds directly.

The hotel is an excellent one. Only downside we found is that the swimming pool was a tad small. We were well taken care of. Look forward to staying there again.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, just a few minutes, convenient to transfer, and generally cost-effective. If you come to Chennai in the future, you will still stay here.

The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the shower had good water pressure Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel on OMR.
