"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the LIC metro station and the large shopping mall EA Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. A great bonus for environmentally conscious guests is the reusable glass water bottles provided in the rooms – a commendable effort to reduce plastic waste in the hospitality industry. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration."

"It belongs to the nature of the resort. It is next to the big beach. The waves are very big. You can play in the water. In the evening, the breeze is cool. It is very comfortable. It is far from the main city. If you want to watch the sea, it is a good place. In addition, there is no traffic jam from the airport. Breakfast is not generally good"

"This was genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room had a tablet-like device that allowed you to control everything electronically, such as the curtains and lights. It also featured a Japanese toilet, completely automated. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, and the breakfast was extensive and served in a lovely area. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent hotel with great staff. Location is good if you need to be close to the airport, but otherwise it is far from the city. Rooms have soundproofing, but some noise does get through from the traffic and airplanes."

"I had a flight that was postponed to the evening instead of the original morning time schedule. As such I needed a hotel that was near Chennai Airport for me to rest. Radisson Blu was very near the Airport, about 10 mins drive away. The hotel and room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a wide range and very tasty. Most importantly, the staff, from the counter staff at check-in and check-out , to the concierge, the staff and managers at the restaurant and the driver of the car for the Hotel's Airport transfer were very helpful, polite and engaged me in genuine conversations to find out how my stay in the hotel was and if I needed anything. I truly enjoyed the short stay I had in the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is only near the Airport, and is quite a drive away from the city centre. But am excellent Hotel nevertheless."

"An old hotel with Good service. Maintenance work going on around the hotel which causes a hammering noise in the morning time."

"Simple hotel with basic necessities covered. The decor of the hotel features vintage Bollywood posters and the hotel used to be a film set. Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!"

"Excellent hotel in Nungambakkam, complimentary buffet breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, Nungambakkam is a great neighborhood, with a vast array of restaurants of many different budgets, train station at Nungambakkam is about 15 minute walk, bus stop at corner is about 5 minute walk, easy to find taxi or auto rickshaw service, metro is not so close by foot, but an auto rickshaw to the Kilpauk metro station is only 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money."

"The hotel service was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was really fast. They were very responsive, and the room service prices were quite reasonable. They even arranged a car service to take us to the airport in the early morning and thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us, although I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. Overall, it was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip."
