Staying during the Spring Festival, suitable for vacation, good sanitary conditions, relatively new hotel facilities, good quality of disposable supplies, courteous and patient staff, go to the gym at 9 pm, the staff also specially opened all the facilities, no complaints because the is a person to use. Breakfast is especially recommended. The ginger bump milk is unexpectedly delicious. The freshly cooked fish soup noodle fish soup is delicious. The freshly baked radish sesame cake is too fragrant.

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

The operation manager also took the initiative to send good night porridge and fruit, really intimate.
Compared with Changsha, a five-star hotel in Taiyuan and a five-star hotel in Taiyuan is really a seven-star service.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are clean and sanitary. There is a self-service afternoon tea in the lobby. Special thanks to the guest relations director Chen Lixiang for the attentive service. The hotel staff have very good attitudes and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel is close to the North Golden Eagle Commercial Pedestrian Street. I won’t go there next time. The second choice, Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel, feels the warmth like home👍👍👍!

Service: The front desk service is very meticulous. When I checked in, they asked me about the check-out time and said they would issue me an invoice in advance. I took an early flight in the morning, and I got the invoice directly the next day. It’s great👍 It’s only 5 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient!

TThe HoneybadgersEverything was wonderful about the hotel except the spa. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. However, when we booked massages at the spa. The masseuse for our feet looked at her phone the entire time and gave minimal effort. It was an expensive and disappointing spa experience. Other than that I would hightly recommend the hotel. It was comfortable and accommodating.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, with RT-Mart and pedestrian streets nearby. You can walk to Red Lantern in the morning to eat fish soup noodles and big meat buns. The hotel service is very good and responsive. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the toilet flushes automatically, the shower has a strong flow, the bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has an underground parking lot with convenient access. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, which should be a common problem in major hotels. I will stay at Atour again next time.
