My stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

I fell in love with this B&B after searching on Xiaohongshu, and the reviews on Ctrip made it even more appealing. My friend and I are the type who prefer a relaxed, easy-going travel style, so we love places with scenic views from the windows, where we can easily take the kids to play in the snow, and where there's free transportation and good service. Although it didn't snow on the weekend we visited, and it was sunny and smoggy, the B&B's back hillside was shady, and the snow from the previous days was still there – more than enough! The owners were incredibly easygoing; they arranged for a driver to pick us up from the station early on. The driver was super helpful, even helping with the kids and luggage. Later, when we said we wanted to go for a walk, the owners suggested we drive our own car if we didn't want to wait for the driver. We ended up driving to the train station ourselves – it was so relaxing! My back didn't even hurt anymore after all that playing. I'll definitely come back next time!

Service was excellent. The wealthy boss came to greet the hotel's guests every morning during breakfast. Smart, spacious and clean room. Air-conditioning worked well. Hot showers were very good. Breakfast was almost the same for the four days that we stayed. Location is at a little village about 15 to 20 minutes by car from huanglongjiuzhai railway station. Free round trips to huanglongjiuzhai Station. The hotel helped to arrange trusted shared rides to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong scenic entrance. Washing machine is old-schooled and washed our cloths with spring water sourced from the mountain. There is a gym on the 5th floor. Recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient dining and shopping options nearby! The room facilities are complete, including an electric blanket, and the breakfast is rich and varied! The front desk staff are enthusiastic and helped arrange a business car for transfers to scenic spots and the high-speed train station. Overall, a great stay!

Whenever I travel with my child, my top choice is always Vienna Hotel, and this trip to Songpan was no exception. The hotel offers a high-speed rail shuttle service with a very comfortable business car, and it's conveniently located near Chuanzhusi. The front desk service on the day of check-in was excellent; they upgraded our room for free and even included breakfast. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and it even had a diffused oxygen supply system. Unfortunately, my child suffered from severe altitude sickness that night, so we had to go to the hospital and stayed there all night for oxygen treatment, never returning to the hotel. It felt like we booked the room for nothing. Hopefully, we'll get another chance to experience it next time. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rice noodles were especially delicious. The front desk also pre-arranged our drop-off time for the station. If I visit Songpan again, I'll likely choose this hotel!

The hotel made a very good impression on me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and serviced daily. The staff were polite and helpful, always trying to help despite the language barrier. Breakfast was varied, with a large selection of local dishes. The hotel's location was also very convenient—close to the metro and restaurants. The only downside was the rather weak Wi-Fi in the room. Overall, I rate my stay very positive and would gladly return.

This is a very good hotel in Huanglong, with a huge parking lot and charging facilities. The hotel room is large and has a large balcony, but it is too cold here in winter. The hotel only has floor heating. Fearing that we would be cold, they placed an electric heater in the room in advance and turned it to the highest setting. It was quite warm. We had originally planned to stay here for two days, but we didn't expect to finish exploring Huanglong in winter in such a short time. It was a bit lonely staying here on New Year's Eve, as if we were the only family there. I decided to check out and go to Dujiangyan, after all, it is in the city. I thought I couldn't get a refund for a two-day stay, but after negotiation with the hotel, I got a refund for half a day's room rate. This is really humane. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Pretty good, very clean. The front desk staff were really nice. Breakfast was decent too, the steamed buns were delicious, but the milk and milk tea tasted like instant powder, which was just okay. From the room window, you could see the rapeseed flowers and the observation deck.

The location is only 5-10 mins drive away from Huanglong Jiuzhou high speed railway station. There is a convenient store right next to the hotel. And a bonus for muslim travellers, there a halal restaurant right next to the hotel too. The staff is very helpful too. They helped me booked the tickets to Huanglong Scenic area and even offered me a ride to Huanglong Jiuzhou high speed railway station. I recommend this hotel if you’re transiting from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong or if you have a late train.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.
