This hotel was a fantastic choice for our family trip, especially during the May Day holiday. The staff were super helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with plenty of variety. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch – even the hallways were clutter-free! The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive without being intrusive. A huge bonus was the free self-service coffee bar on the first floor with excellent tea bags and coffee. They also had a small selection of snacks for purchase, which was really convenient. The self-service laundry was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were always ready to assist. It's clear they put a lot of thought into guest comfort. Highly recommend this place for families!

When my boyfriend and I got back, we even discovered it has a rooftop garden (though I might be forgetting the exact name), which was lovely. The soundproofing and cleanliness were also great. When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a three-level underground parking garage with charging stations, which is very convenient if you're driving. The breakfast offered a good variety, though the restaurant seating was a bit limited. Kelly Yi at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room, even providing a complimentary breakfast for our child. Thumbs up! The experience of staying in Shanwei Red Bay exceeded expectations. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the beach, the sea castle and other check-in points. The room is in place, the bedding is comfortable, the sea view room has a wide view, and the sunset atmosphere on the sea is full in the evening. Xiao Xu at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, the surrounding seafood food stalls, convenience stores are complete, self-driving parking is convenient, whether it is a couple's trip or a parent-child holiday.
