GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was on a high floor with a central location, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable—spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. The decor was lightly luxurious and elegant, with a fantastic design aesthetic. All the staff were very professional. A special thanks to the front desk lady who helped me dry my washed clothes!

CccxwnxThis business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

CChak Wai Michael Ngan1) Because we need to arrive at the hotel at night to worship our ancestors, we called in advance to ensure that there was a room. The waiter was very polite and helped us ensure that the room was reserved.
2) If you forget your room card when you go out at night, the waiter will issue you an extra room card after verifying your identity
3) If there are any items left behind when checking out, we will do our best to help you retrieve them
4) The room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, everything is great

GGuest UserThis isn't my first time staying at a Fairfield Inn, and overall, I'm satisfied. Let's start with the positives: Front desk agent Joy provided excellent service, the hygiene was good, the room had great soundproofing, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Now for the negatives: 1. Facilities are incomplete and outdated. First, there's no delivery robot, so food deliveries aren't brought to the room, requiring self-pickup, which is inconvenient for guests. Second, the TV facilities are old-fashioned; it's not a smart TV, so you can't stream movies or cast your screen. Lastly, the lights aren't controlled by smart voice commands, and there's no master switch. This means you have to go around turning off each light individually before bed, and the bathroom light needs to be turned off at the door. 2. Room types are unclear. This time, I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. Since it's a 'Deluxe King Room,' it should definitely be different from a standard King Room, but I honestly couldn't tell what the difference was, and it cost over 100 yuan more. Plus, the room design is very strange. I remember when I stayed in a standard King Room before, you'd open the door to a long corridor with a small, flickering light that disrupted sleep. This time, I thought I'd book a deluxe room, but the toilet and shower face the bed directly. I'm not sure what makes this 'deluxe' or where the extra 100+ yuan went.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms.

It is very convenient and fast. There are many delicious foods in Shanwei and Haifeng. You can go there.

GGuest UserI haven't lived in Dingzun Hotel for a long time. The location of the hotel is still excellent. It is convenient to travel on Donghai Avenue. The Xingfu City Square next to it has KFC, Luckin, and Hey Tea. It is also convenient to eat; the room is very spacious and clean. But the hotel's facilities are a bit aging, and some lights in the room are not bright. The hotel breakfast is very good, there are Lufeng specialty snacks such as oysters, crystal oysters, Chaozhou powder oysters, vegetable pellets, and soy milk fritters!

HHonggezixiaoniukouThe room environment is very good, with a good view at the door. The service is also good. The air conditioner was turned on early and they helped to move the luggage. Welcome fruit and barbecue dinner were given, which was enough for three people. Three people booked a loft room. A suggestion is that the loft does not have air conditioning. It is still very hot and stuffy with fans. It is impossible to sleep at night in summer. It should be good in winter. Fortunately, there is a sofa to sleep on. It is recommended that the toilet should have a towel rack and a curtain. Although it is a family, it is still inconvenient to have a completely transparent toilet and bathroom.
