AAnonymous UserAn absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's service is truly textbook perfect. We arrived early but were still able to check in smoothly, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff's service was superb. The room's decor was minimalist yet cozy, and the bedding, from an imported brand, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, and the double vanity design was incredibly convenient. A pre-sleep soak in the tub was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered fresh ingredients, hot stir-fries, and freshly prepared local specialty dishes for the salad bar – the quality was amazing, definitely worth the price! The room layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for work and relaxation, allowing for comfortable work without disturbing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; we enjoyed a quiet environment even in the city center. The staff were professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They also offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a perfect stress-reliever during work breaks. The value for money is outstanding – this is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

CccxwnxThis business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

MMs RainOverall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

GGuest UserI didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc.

GGuest UserThis isn't my first time staying at a Fairfield Inn, and overall, I'm satisfied. Let's start with the positives: Front desk agent Joy provided excellent service, the hygiene was good, the room had great soundproofing, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Now for the negatives: 1. Facilities are incomplete and outdated. First, there's no delivery robot, so food deliveries aren't brought to the room, requiring self-pickup, which is inconvenient for guests. Second, the TV facilities are old-fashioned; it's not a smart TV, so you can't stream movies or cast your screen. Lastly, the lights aren't controlled by smart voice commands, and there's no master switch. This means you have to go around turning off each light individually before bed, and the bathroom light needs to be turned off at the door. 2. Room types are unclear. This time, I stayed in a Deluxe King Room. Since it's a 'Deluxe King Room,' it should definitely be different from a standard King Room, but I honestly couldn't tell what the difference was, and it cost over 100 yuan more. Plus, the room design is very strange. I remember when I stayed in a standard King Room before, you'd open the door to a long corridor with a small, flickering light that disrupted sleep. This time, I thought I'd book a deluxe room, but the toilet and shower face the bed directly. I'm not sure what makes this 'deluxe' or where the extra 100+ yuan went.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms.

GGuest UserI don't usually comment, but I'm from Chaoshan and I come here because of its reputation. I upgraded the room type and lived in the parent-child loft. The environment and facilities are very good (it would be better if there was an air conditioner in the children's loft in summer and children's toothbrushes were provided). The entire camp, the rooms and the lake are very beautiful. The children played football and threw darts. The barbecue dinner atmosphere and ingredients are good. The open-air karaoke is also great. You can also fish around. Another impressive thing is that the staff's service attitude is very good, almost responsive. While waiting to check in, they took the initiative to provide toys for the children, and even tried their best to help me when my computer could not connect to the Internet. It would be better if there were more recreational facilities around. It is more suitable for retreat at present. However, Luyue Island has just started, and I believe it will get better and better.
