Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!

The room is super big, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, the service attitude is super good, the breakfast is very rich, the most important thing is that the taste is super good, Chinese and Western food are available, the quality control is very good, I recommend everyone to try it. There are also many Mongolian gift shops around the hotel, and it is convenient to take home.

The hotel environment is great; the lobby smells lovely as soon as you walk in. The location is excellent, right next to the central hospital, and not far from Wanda Plaza and other attractions. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and housekeeping is very prompt and efficient. All the staff are dedicated, quick to resolve issues, and always put guests first. On top of that, they even gave me a small fruit platter! The breakfast on the second day offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant entrance were also warm and polite. It was a very satisfying stay! Staying at this hotel made me feel the warmth of home. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It's an ideal place to stay for both business trips and leisure travel.

Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

房間很安靜，真的蠻安靜，裝修保持的也很新新，早餐都蠻好吃，服務也挺好，尤其是前台有一小女孩服務態度非常好，他們家衞生特別乾淨，很有品位。

The standard room was clean and tidy and spacious. The bathroom has been completely separated from wet and dry, and it is dry and comfortable to use. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and parking is particularly worry-free. The air conditioning in the room is very fast, the wind is comfortable, and the summer is particularly cool. The front desk service is thoughtful, the overall experience is very good, it is recommended.

Awesome place for families. Family yurt was ideal and the Hero show was fantastic. The other shows and kids activities were also great. Beware limited eating choices but those there are decent enough. Ice cream and Dico’s available at the activities area. Also note you need to pay to get into the scenic area and activities/shows. We paid 268 per adult including 12 activities/shows. Kids under 1.3m are free. Oh and free to use washer/dryer was a godsend.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
