Stayed many times, relatively new, clean facilities, the refreshments on the top floor all day are really intimate for Niu Matthew.
The service is very good. Every time I leave the store, the lady will remind me if I want to bring a bottle of water. It is warm in winter. It is really warm. 👍👍👍
The second one is the supply before catching the plane, and one person enjoys the entire restaurant alone 😂
It's also nice to make a pot of tea when you have time

GGuest UserService was top notch! Personallized alike butler service. Despite low occupancy, hotel tried their best to serve a la carte 'buffet', other meals was full buffet - less quantity but still variesties are good. Food are mostly made in house including the chili oil- deliciuos, and the varieties of Baozi really excellent - the fillings are mostly without added sugar. customers servixe beyond expectations, courtesy and friendliness along with helpfulness is 👍👍.
The Aobao blessing experience is very indepth knowledge session, thankyou to the 'Teacher', he very passionately explain things to us.
The entrance to both Yusha Island (wet park) and XianSha Island (dry park inude zip line, driven atv rides, and such), camel rides - all unlimited... We went in late April, low season., no queue, was endless fun. Camel rides across both Islands (park) accompanied by beautiful scenery of the desert, we did 3 rides ar different timing, the sunset ride was mesmerising.
FUSHA Resort, albeit the room basic, but was clean, good sleep and spacious. Staff really exceptional friendly., even have unlimited coctail or liquor at the reception 'bar' at night alongside coffee and MILK tea.
Remember UV JACKET, hats, face mask, gloves.. Have fun!

AAI CHEN CHUAAlthough this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

GGuest UserSisters visiting Xiangshawan and Ordos! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The moment I walked in, I was charmed by the lucky bamboo in the lobby and the koi pond. Watching the fish swim peacefully in such a comfortable environment instantly melted away the exhaustion of travel. I especially want to commend the hotel's delivery robot. No need to go downstairs to pick up takeout, and no contact with strangers – it's incredibly social-anxiety friendly. The robot automatically calls you for delivery, which is so thoughtful and convenient, truly enhancing the stay experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel is formal, the store is grand, the service is positive, I stayed for one day and then extended my stay
Environment: The location is a little off, it's a little far to go shopping, next to the huge wholesale market, there are many specialty stores downstairs
Sanitation: Very good, but there is no soap, and many things were not replenished after staying for another day, such as the toilet seat, etc.
Facilities: There is a makeup mirror, a refrigerator, and the facilities are quite complete. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson
Service: The front desk is rather stiff, without service awareness, and answers one question after another. It is suggested that there can be some changes in breakfast. There is a Mongolian breakfast. I saw the grilled sausage, but it was removed in one minute. I communicated with the waiter and he said it was nine o'clock and it was not provided. It was very rigid and inflexible. The service level really needs to be improved. Asked the front desk about afternoon tea.
A lot of small gifts were given, which should be praised.

OoyukaIt was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.

Airport transfer and no fee
On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.

GGuest UserThe grass wasn't particularly green yet, but it was a great time to visit with family and kids. The accommodation was excellent value for money; it was shaped like a Mongolian yurt, but the facilities inside were very good. The housekeeper was very friendly and polite, and cleaned the room very thoroughly. We watched an equestrian show, ate boiled lamb, and stayed in a yurt – a very good experience overall!

AAnonymous UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know.
1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good.
As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
