GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied.
I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy.
The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated.
The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent.
Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.
This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

SShenyedumouThe overall stay experience is particularly comfortable, the hotel is strategically located, it is very convenient to travel and eat, and the lobby is clean and tidy. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency was super high, the room was spotless, the layout was warm and practical, the toiletries were complete, the bathroom was clean and dry, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sound insulation was good. Quiet and not noisy at night. The details are intimate, the health and service are online, the price is far more than expected, and the next trip will be preferred here.

The front desk service was a huge plus; they greeted us with a smile throughout, check-in was super fast, and they even thoughtfully told us about nearby restaurants and transportation – so heartwarming! GGuest UserIt is actually very difficult to choose a destination for a family trip, and it is also a very popular time during the May Day holiday. This time, we chose the Wen'an Ecological Resort, and I didn't expect it to be so much better than expected. Although everywhere outside is full, there are many people in the resort but it is not crowded, and the comfort level is just right

Environment: The ecological environment of the hotel is super good, parents and children are very satisfied, and it is super comfortable to walk around the lake
Service: Manager Zhang Shuai at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and introduced the programs and activities of the resort during the May Day holiday in detail. The two rooms are also arranged very well, which is convenient for interaction. In the end, I booked a package together, and the whole family had a great time

CCOSTA_TSNThe pillows weren't very comfortable, and the room was extremely cold without the air conditioning on. The air conditioning blew very strong air, making the room very dry; I suggest adjusting the main unit. There was a lot of dust on the clothes rack, windowsill, and display table, likely due to the dark furniture making the dust appear more noticeable. Perhaps changing the cleaning cloths would be helpful, as cleanliness is important. There's an underground parking garage, and it's located in a relatively central location. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money.

GGuest UserI accompanied my husband to Langfang Dachang to run a half marathon and booked this hotel. Although it is a little far from Dachang, the hotel environment is very good, newly renovated, fully equipped, and the price is very cheap. Parking at the door is very convenient. There is also a small shopping mall 1.2 kilometers away. The location is very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will help solve any problems immediately. It is really good. I will definitely book here again when I come to Xianghe in the future

JJFButYDecent hotel for a few nights’ stay in town. Breakfast spread is enough considering the scale and food is not bad. Water pressure for the showers could be better though.
Receptionist’s service was excellent in handling enquiries. Person handling my check-in was Pao Pao Tang (泡泡糖）and she accommodated the rooms well and helped sorted out other issues during my stay.
