I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied. I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy. The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

The pillows weren't very comfortable, and the room was extremely cold without the air conditioning on. The air conditioning blew very strong air, making the room very dry; I suggest adjusting the main unit. There was a lot of dust on the clothes rack, windowsill, and display table, likely due to the dark furniture making the dust appear more noticeable. Perhaps changing the cleaning cloths would be helpful, as cleanliness is important. There's an underground parking garage, and it's located in a relatively central location. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money.

We had a wonderful stay here, this hotel accepts foreigners and pets! So, one can imagine it's hard to find something like this around Daxing Airport. The room is clean and new, it smells nice. they gave us vouchers for the swimming pool and something for our cat (see a picture). It's a bit far from everything so there are no big food chain restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant offers some dishes and room service. And breakfast was amazing, a lot of options for picky eaters. Thanks!

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.
