I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied. I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy. The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and check-in was super quick. They proactively pointed out the elevators and even thoughtfully offered us drinking water during breakfast hours. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust or water stain on the desk or in the bathroom corners. The towels were individually sealed, and the wet/dry separation was clean and odorless. The mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft – and there were dual-layer pillows to choose from. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. Hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries were high quality. The hotel's location is convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. The cleaning staff were friendly and always greeted us when they passed by. Requests were handled promptly. Overall, it's great value for money. This will be my go-to choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll definitely book here again next time!

The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. This is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!

Two big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management. Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast.
