All room controls, such as turning on the TV, opening curtains, and turning off lights, are done via a tablet. Each window has an air inlet with an independent switch. On the first night, there was a strange noise, which I initially thought was a mouse. However, the room was very clean, and it wasn't until I called a staff member that I understood what it was. The only downside was that the temperature was too high and couldn't be lowered. It's a bit of a shame there's no intercom system. The large bathtub was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of Chinese, Western, and Japanese dishes. The outdoor lighting of the hotel is also beautiful, making it a great spot for Instagram-worthy photos. There are also ancient bricks and tiles, either collected or reproduced by the owner, with exquisite patterns that are worth seeing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

May 1st chose Hebei Wen'an, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and brought the baby to Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel for vacation. The hotel has a comfortable and pleasant environment and many play projects. There are also camping bases, sun grass tents, and children play wantonly. It is really a good place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Of course, I also want to praise the hotel staff. Although May Day is busy, every service staff is very warm and friendly. The lobby manager Miss Meijiao helped me change the room with a balcony facing the lake. Children like to play on the balcony. The breakfast room manager Allen has been helping me take care of the children for breakfast, and the service attitude is super good! I look forward to coming back to see the park scenery next time!

A perfect score! The hotel environment is great, with lots of greenery in the courtyard. It was very quiet throughout my stay, and I had a wonderful rest. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were spacious, each with a large private hot spring tub, allowing you to enjoy a private bath without leaving your room – pure comfort! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was excellent, the room was nice, and I would definitely stay there again. The decor and atmosphere were great. Cleanliness: Very clean. They provided a foot bath tub, a razor, and a toilet seat cover, which was very thoughtful.

Our corner room had floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, which meant it wasn't very well insulated. They brought us a portable fan, but the room was still quite hot. The indoor kids' play area was too small; it got crowded and hard to play in with just a few children. Also, we had pre-paid for two nights, but the front desk only activated our key card for one day. We had to go back to reception to get it updated before we could get into our room on the second day.

I stayed in this hotel once before and thought it was pretty good, so I booked it again on a business trip. The price-performance ratio is really super high, the environment is particularly good, and the hygiene is clean. I also thank the staff for their thoughtful service.

Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.
