GGuest UserIt’s really good. I’m embarrassed as soon as I enter the scenic spot. It seems that I entered the palace at once. I entered the hotel. I walked in the promenade and felt like I was in the morning. The front desk also coordinated the big bed room. It feels very wonderful to live in the palace. 🌹🌹🌹🌹, watch the night view at night, stroll around during the day and eat Xianghe meatloaf. Zheng'an Palace is very good, everything is fine

GGuest UserWe were upgraded to a deluxe room for free, but the bathtub in the room was leaking, so we upgraded to a suite the next day. The accommodation is very good, and the room is large. There were some minor incidents. Tongtong at the front desk helped a lot, and apologized when it was not her fault. This is what the service industry needs to do. Only then can you be a qualified service worker. I will go there again next time. The children like the tractor park very much. It would be great if there was a children's playground. The slide at the entrance of Haolike has too much friction and cannot be slid down. I hope there are more children's facilities. The place for children to play on the first floor of Hilton is also relatively small. Overall, the environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the place is large. There are too few things to play for 2-3 year old babies. But it is very good for adults.

The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were spacious, each with a large private hot spring tub, allowing you to enjoy a private bath without leaving your room – pure comfort! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is a belated thank-you note. I was traveling with my parents and we passed through Xianghe. It felt like fate that led me to choose Lao Shu Hotel. The children loved the charming old-fashioned bunk beds, and the elders got plenty of rest. The shower water was warm and the temperature was consistent. Our stay was excellent, and most importantly, the price was fair and reasonable. It was economical and clean. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my small crossbody bag on the restaurant table. We only realized it when we were already on the highway. I immediately called the front desk, and they promptly helped us find our room and the restaurant. They called me back within five minutes to say they had found it. I was incredibly grateful and rushed back. When I got my bag back, I wanted to offer some money as a token of my appreciation, but they refused. The hotel's professional service made me feel their sincerity and warmth. They truly are a conscientious establishment. If I ever pass through Xianghe again, I will definitely choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am truly grateful!

GGuest UserOur corner room had floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, which meant it wasn't very well insulated. They brought us a portable fan, but the room was still quite hot. The indoor kids' play area was too small; it got crowded and hard to play in with just a few children. Also, we had pre-paid for two nights, but the front desk only activated our key card for one day. We had to go back to reception to get it updated before we could get into our room on the second day.

XXinbuzaiyanyaThis is our third year celebrating Chinese New Year at the Sheraton Guan. Overall, it's pretty good; the room and dining services are excellent. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in winter: avoid rooms facing south. They get incredibly hot. The hotel's central AC only blows hot air, and with the direct sunlight, the room becomes unbearable for sleeping. To make matters worse, the windows only open a tiny crack – it was truly a struggle!
