"I have to commend the facilities and service! They have a full set of high-end gaming peripherals, regularly maintained. The giant projector screen offers clear picture quality, and the smart home voice control system is incredibly convenient. Plus, all the bathroom amenities you could need are provided. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and simple, and any extra items I requested were delivered promptly. The entire stay was thoughtful and hassle-free, making it a comfortable experience whether I was gaming with friends or just relaxing."

"I chose the Hilton Garden Inn after comparing several hotels on Ctrip for a trip with my parents to Langfang to see 'Only the Dream of the Red Chamber.' The check-in process went fairly smoothly, and the room facilities and cleanliness were decent. However, we still encountered several issues during our stay. Firstly, the in-room amenity list mentioned a non-slip bath mat, but when I requested it, I was told they only had bath towels to place outside the shower. The hotel didn't provide any anti-slip items for the bathroom. Since I was concerned about my parents' safety during showering, I didn't let them shower on the first day. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff was very responsible and bought non-slip slippers for us the very next day. Secondly, the hairdryer had very weak airflow, making it impossible to dry long hair. I reported this to the hotel, and they assured me they would rectify it as soon as possible. Finally, the hotel's breakfast offered a good variety. However, on the first day, all the salads in the salad bar were served on ice. My parents couldn't eat such cold food early in the morning. When I asked the staff, they initially said there were no room-temperature options. Later, as we were almost done eating, a supervisor came by and said there were room-temperature salads, but they would take a while to prepare. As I was in a hurry to take my parents to the show, I didn't pursue it further. However, for breakfast on the second day, the restaurant specifically prepared room-temperature salads for us, showing a proactive approach to service. I just hope that the issues I've raised will not only benefit our family but also prompt the hotel to pay attention to these service details, improving the experience for future guests as well."

"I brought my parents to Langfang for a day. During the whole stay, I especially praised Xiaoxia's service. She was very considerate, professional and friendly. The diamond card gave my parents and me breakfast, which was rich in variety. It really felt like home. Xiaowang was also very friendly when checking out. I will come again next time when I have time. I will choose this place again. The door is a bustling commercial district, which is very good for shopping."

"Unlike traditional hotels, hotel rooms are scattered in several buildings. The price is indeed not cheap, but with the following advantages, it is not a loss. 👍The location is perfect ~ very close to Dream of Red Mansions. I bought a two-day tour ticket and came out after watching the last performance on the first day. After dinner in the shopping street outside, I crossed a small bridge to get to the room. The next day, I slept until around 8 o'clock, had breakfast, and continued to visit the park at 10 o'clock. 👍The service is great ~ the attitude of the front desk is very good, and the minor problems encountered during the check-in are quickly solved 👍The supporting facilities are quite satisfactory ~ the room has basic facilities. "We had a wonderful stay here, this hotel accepts foreigners and pets! So, one can imagine it's hard to find something like this around Daxing Airport. The room is clean and new, it smells nice. they gave us vouchers for the swimming pool and something for our cat (see a picture). It's a bit far from everything so there are no big food chain restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant offers some dishes and room service. And breakfast was amazing, a lot of options for picky eaters. Thanks!"
