The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

It felt incredibly reassuring to stay here.~ 📍 Unbeatable Location: It's just a 5-minute walk 🚶‍♀️ from the East Gate of the Old City, and right next door (a 2-minute walk) is the Meet Kashi International Performing Arts Center. Watching shows and exploring the Old City couldn't be more convenient! 💧 Thoughtful Details: Water bottles were thoughtfully provided in the elevator area and at the front desk, making it easy to grab one on the go. I encountered a minor issue, and the front desk staff responded incredibly quickly and with a super friendly attitude. ❤️ Overall, my stay here was a fantastic experience. To anyone coming to Kashi, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! 🌟👏

The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!

The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even proactively offered travel tips for the area. The location is absolutely fantastic, right across the road from the main entrance of Kashgar Old City. The facilities are comprehensive and practical, including a free public parking lot, a laundry room, and a gym. The breakfast is a rich buffet with both Chinese and Western options. Highly recommended!

Free airport pick-up or drop-off (choose one): Great for travelers. Environment: Quite close to the ancient city. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light, and all facilities were complete. The host was warm and thoughtful, the location was convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The check-in experience was super comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The front desk service is good, especially Adila is warm and friendly. I originally booked one day, and then added two days. It is clean, the environment is good, and the room is comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time.

The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The lobby is beautiful, and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and dried fruits. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. We even received complimentary tea and dried fruits in our room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
