Find 4-Star Hotels in Kashgar City

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

Out of my four days and three nights in Kashgar, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The middle night was spent in Tashkurgan. After coming down from the Pamir Highway, it would be late at night before I could get back to Kashgar. I originally thought about going back to Tashkurgan for another night, but even my seasoned driver insisted on returning to Kashgar to stay at this hotel. The hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The front desk ladies are kind and gentle, the security guards are very welcoming, and the housekeeping staff warmly greet you when you see them. The two nights I stayed here were the most restful sleeps I've had since arriving in Xinjiang. The breakfast is a rich blend of Chinese and Western options. If I ever visit Kashgar again, I will definitely choose Kyriad Hotel.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. After making a reservation in advance, the clerk contacted me to understand my hotel needs, which was very heart-warming. The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

It felt incredibly reassuring to stay here.~ 📍 Unbeatable Location: It's just a 5-minute walk 🚶‍♀️ from the East Gate of the Old City, and right next door (a 2-minute walk) is the Meet Kashi International Performing Arts Center. Watching shows and exploring the Old City couldn't be more convenient! 💧 Thoughtful Details: Water bottles were thoughtfully provided in the elevator area and at the front desk, making it easy to grab one on the go. I encountered a minor issue, and the front desk staff responded incredibly quickly and with a super friendly attitude. ❤️ Overall, my stay here was a fantastic experience. To anyone coming to Kashi, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! 🌟👏

Excellent location, right next to Kashgar's commercial pedestrian street, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The service was attentive and thoughtful; the front desk staff was very helpful, answering all our questions, arranging parking, and proactively asking about our specific needs since we were traveling with a child. The hotel also offers traditional ethnic costumes for rent, which is a nice touch and very convenient. Plus, they provide free airport shuttle service, perfectly solving all our travel and accommodation needs. Highly recommended!

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the ambiance is great. The rooms are well-equipped, and a big shout-out to the housekeeping lady who proactively helped my dad with his laundry, polished his shoes, and even cleaned his luggage – truly amazing! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in the city. Very clean and modern and located next to a new shopping mall with great access to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular 小艾 who helped us on check in and was very attentive to our needs through the stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable. For our trip to Kashgar, we specifically chose Moshang Qingju Hotel on Jiulong Street, and it certainly didn't disappoint! From check-in to check-out, the wonderful front desk staff offered us warm chrysanthemum tea – such a comforting and thoughtful touch! They even upgraded our room to one with abundant natural light, which made us very happy! The bedding was impeccably clean and tidy, and the toiletries were excellent. The stylishly designed restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor. It's spacious, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend the millet porridge and naan bread; the breakfast spread offered an incredibly rich and varied selection! The hotel's location is superb: it's just a short walk to the East Gate of the Old City, and the 'Meet Kashgar' performance venue is directly opposite. Kunlun Tower is practically next door. With many small shops nearby, daily conveniences are easily met. Kashgar is a charming city, and Moshang Qingju Hotel truly left a deep impression on us. Rahmet! Hosh! We'll always cherish our memories here!!!
