The rooms were spotlessly clean, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Service from the staff was outstanding; they even arranged a car to take us to the train station upon our departure. The breakfast was generous. "Su Yin has two locations in the ancient city, but this one is my favorite. It perfectly captures the Chinese aesthetic I love, with a delightful sense of a secluded, traditional courtyard. It's said to have been reinforced and renovated from an old, historic building. The pillows were excellent and very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise for someone like me with neck problems. My only minor query is why the bed was designed so high (it felt like 80 cm!). If you're a bit on the shorter side, you'd literally have to climb into it. Oh, and I absolutely must commend the manager! He was busy attending to various issues in my room late into the night. My sincere thanks for all his hard work!"

What does it truly mean for service to exceed guest expectations? What does it mean when genuine warmth surpasses practiced techniques? What does it mean when the emotional value provided completely overshadows any minor flaws? You will profoundly understand all of this at Ting Ziyun.
Indeed, while Ting Ziyun, converted from a magnificent old mansion, boasts impeccable design throughout, its interiors are showing their age and could certainly benefit from an upgrade. Yet, the service team led by General Manager Luo somehow elevates guest satisfaction to an absolute peak, making visitors completely overlook any small imperfections.
The enthusiasm and initiative of every staff member seem genuinely heartfelt. They offer personalized services as if completely oblivious to the cost – truly embodying the simple philosophy of treating every guest like family.

GGuest UserDuring this trip to Jianshui, I was deeply impressed by Jianshui Mushang Hotel (Zitao Street Branch). The room is decorated very carefully, it is clean and bright, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The hotel enjoys a unique location, right next to Purple Pottery Street. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can taste special foods such as grilled tofu and cold noodles, and also select exquisite purple pottery handicrafts. The room rate includes not only breakfast but also lunch, giving travelers more choices. Returning to the hotel at night, the quiet and comfortable environment makes people relax quickly. This stay was a great experience, with great value for money.
