Zhuyexuan Inn - a quiet choice in the ancient city In the ancient city of Jianshui, I found a real treasure - Zhuyexuan Inn. This inn is not only strategically located, but also has complete facilities and considerate service. It is an important discovery during my trip. First of all, Zhuyexuan Inn is located in the center of the ancient city. Whether you are going to famous attractions or commercial districts, you can easily reach it on foot. In addition, the inn is very close to the Zhu Family Courtyard, just a few steps away, which provides tourists with great convenience. Waking up in the morning, walking on the streets of the ancient city, and feeling the simple atmosphere made me feel as if I had traveled back to that era. The facilities in the guest rooms are also very complete. Details such as disposable slippers, sterilized slippers, disposable bath towels and toilet mats all reflect the inn's thoughtfulness. Moreover, the rooms are decorated in an antique style, and every stay is like a journey through time. Breakfast was even more memorable. That bowl of grass sprout rice noodles is delicious and leaves people with endless aftertaste. The afternoon tea snacks are also quite rich, and every bite is satisfying. The housekeeper at Zhuyexuan Inn left a deep impression on me. She is a thoughtful lady who always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcome. No matter what questions I had, she would patiently answer them and thoughtfully remind me of various travel precautions. This kind of meticulous care made me feel at home. In addition, the scenery inside Zhuyexuan Inn is also unique. Every place is full of antique charm, whether it is the layout of the courtyard or the surrounding scenery, it makes people linger. Overall, Zhuyexuan Inn is undoubtedly an indispensable part of my trip. Its location, facilities, service, breakfast and scenery are all unforgettable. If you come to Jianshui Ancient City, I strongly recommend that you choose this inn. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

After repeated consideration, I booked a 20-year-old renovated room at Lin'an Hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the room facilities, hygiene, and service attitude were very good. The breakfast variety was also quite rich, and there were many Jianshui specialty snacks. Unfortunately, perhaps because there were too few guests, the hotel, in order to save costs, almost half-turned off the lights in the lobby except for some companies turning them on during activities. As soon as you approached the lobby, it was always dark. The breakfast room was also cold every day, and I gave up trying the Jianshui cold food provided. In addition, the font of the floor number in the elevator was too small, which was not very friendly to elderly tourists!

Jianshui is very convenient to play, but unfortunately I sprained my ankle. I will come again next time. The hotel is very new, with a Mousse mattress, which is very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel also includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and supper. With this calculation, the cost performance is super high. I will stay here next time.

The room was very clean and quiet, and all facilities were very good. The place I live in, Songyuan, is very beautiful. Parking is also very convenient, the waiter service is very good, and the luggage is helped. The hotel is in a very good location, not far from attractions. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the hotel breakfast, which is not that ideal. Maybe the hotel food is just like this. I will continue to book this next time I go there.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Jianshui because it has a central location and very nice rooms. And my Gosh, the shower is amazing!!! High pressure and different levels of hot water, including 'lobster boil hot' if that's your thing. I also like that they use local Jianshui pottery in the room... nice touch and makes you want to buy some... which they sell in the lobby. Oh, and the shop immediately next door also sells pottery, and his pottery is quite unique compared to the rest of town.... it's a bit expensive but you can tell master artists made it... whereas most pottery around town is clearly made by novices or computers. Anyways, back to the hotel, I included 2 photos, one of my room and 1 of the view from my room. The front desk can also help you arrange local excursions or whatever else you ask for, although I have to admit that some front desk workers are friendlier and more helpful than others. Im not sure if they speak English since I only spoke to them in Chinese. All in all, I feel very comfortable recommending this hotel since it's a good value and has been reliable for me.

The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady and brother were warm and thoughtful. They took an elderly man in his seventies out and upgraded the room. They thoughtfully placed the medicine for the elderly in the hotel refrigerator and gave breakfast coupons. They took the train back in the morning and the elderly needed oxygen and they also delayed check-out. There is also free ice cream in the hotel lobby! The hotel is very close to the small train station, just a few minutes' walk away. I will come again next time.

Staying at Sichenyuan Hotel is the biggest surprise of this trip to Jianshui. The location of the hotel is very good. It is only more than 100 meters away from the ancient city. It is quiet and unique in the bustle. An old house with traditional Chinese characteristics, Chinese-style furniture and modern bathrooms provide a very comfortable living experience. Special thanks to the handsome waiter Deng Yunlong for his very warm and thoughtful service. Considering that there were elderly people staying, he helped us upgrade our room to a suite for free. We had the opportunity to live in a small private courtyard with a small patio, small garden and privacy. The sex was very good. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea. You can sit by the pond on the first floor or in the study room on the second floor to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sip tea. Breakfast is also good, including traditional Jianshui specialty snacks rice noodles and rolled noodles, as well as various snacks and porridge, as well as fragrant freshly brewed coffee. There are calligraphy and paintings hanging all over the hotel, giving it a very elegant and scholarly atmosphere. Each step in the yard has a view, including a pond surrounded by rockeries, a pavilion with a gentle breeze, and various pine potted plants. The store thoughtfully provides parasols, seats, and meditation cushions, so you can spend an afternoon in a daze. It is really a place to sit. A great place to completely unwind. I will stay here next time I come to Jianshui.

I have longed for a trip to Jianshui. Staying in the Japanese courtyard is the biggest surprise of this trip. As soon as you enter the third courtyard, you will find an ancient Qing Dynasty residence. Zuihuayin, Dingfengbo and Yaotaiqu, the three courtyards have different scenery in the courtyard. From the manager to the housekeeper and every employee, the service is extremely considerate and warm. The comfort of the mattress is excellent. In the evening, aunt's secret sauce was served with free grilled tofu, which was very satisfying. Go to a scenic spot every day, appreciate it slowly, and experience it slowly. The streets of Jianshui Ancient City still maintain the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties everywhere. The bluestone roads, carved window lattice, and cornices exude a strong historical atmosphere. This border town in southern Yunnan, which has accumulated more than 1,200 years of history and culture, seems to have a gentle and nostalgic temperament. It makes people reluctant to leave.

This was my second stay at the White hotel in Jianshui. The check in process is almost instantaneous, and the very friendly woman at the desk can speak English. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, very well appointed, and there is really nothing to be improved on. I would certainly recommend this place for others to stay. It is an easy walk into any part of the ancient town as it centrally located. Great place to stay. If I go back to genuine Shui for my fourth trip, I will certainly stay there again.  There is underground parking a one minute walk from the hotel and guests park for free. This is a really huge benefit in the ancient town of Janish way.
