I called for a luggage cart, but the front desk asked me to get it. There was no service at all. Another detail was that the front desk kept asking for good reviews on WeChat. This behavior really ruined the good impression. Good reviews should come from the heart, not from asking for them. But I will still give them good reviews because I sincerely hope they can do better and better. I also hope that the hotel management will be touched by this review and actively improve to bring more travelers a high-quality stay experience. In addition, after reporting the problem to Ctrip, Ctrip quickly handled it and gave me a satisfactory answer. I must give Ctrip a thumbs up and will book hotels on Ctrip in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!
