My boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

Hygiene: OK, but for such a new hotel, I saw that the floor of the bath area was rusty. I don't know why it was not cleaned.
Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.

BBahriMy stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

There are performances every day on festivals and in the neighborhood. It's great! The room service is no worse than that of a five-star hotel in a big city. It is clean and tidy. The degree of secondary cleaning of the room shows the hotel's care. Knowing that we brought children with us, we were given enough drinking water every day, and there were seasonal fruits every day. When we left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift when we left the hotel. These are all plus points. Handan is a city worth playing in. I will come again. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

The hotel is relatively close to Handan East Station. Although it is only a few kilometers away from the museum and Melody City, Handan is not big and it is relatively desolate. The nearest is Tianhong Square, which is about 2km away and can be reached in a straight line. I heard that this hotel opened at the end of May, and it has been three months now. The elevator control is not turned on, the laundry room cannot be used, and the TV cannot mirror the screen (later I was told that I need to set it up, but it also shows that they have not yet set it up. Debugging is good), these points are quite confusing... It is recommended that guests call in advance to consult.
