"As foreign travellers, we ran into some difficulties purchasing attraction tickets and bus transfer due to lack of a local phone number. We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. "The price is affordable, yet the service is far from perfunctory. The room isn't huge but is well-laid out with excellent natural light. Even the older facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly and the Wi-Fi signal is stable, so there are no issues with usability. What truly impressed me was the genuine sincerity – the cleaning staff proactively offered to change towels, and the front desk thoughtfully reminded me of check-out times and important information. There was no aggressive upselling, just the right amount of thoughtful care."

"The king-size room was perfectly situated, offering a great view as soon as I opened the curtains. This hotel's location is ideal for families with children; just across the street at the intersection is Meile City, perfect for shopping and dining. Opposite Meile City is the Handan Museum, both within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. In the evening, it was also convenient to take a taxi to Handan Road for some fun, about a 15-minute drive."

"This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent."

The rooms are clean and tidy with a wide view, and there's even an adorable ”oxygen bar egg” in the room. The breakfast is plentiful, featuring local Handan specialties. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Handan."

RRedDragonKungFuWe had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. What truly stood out was the front desk service. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. TTrilha EspiritualThe room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
