The layout of the room is very distinctive, and the hotel's intentions are reflected in the details. For example, the toiletries are well-known brands and are sufficient in quantity. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is soft and hard in the right way, and the pillow fits the curvature of the head very well, which makes me sleep very soundly. The hotel service staff are very professional, from the greeting at the door to the farewell at check-out, it makes people feel very warm. The breakfast variety is very rich, with both traditional Chinese dim sum and Western bread, fried eggs, etc., and they are all freshly made and taste great. The environment around the hotel is also very good, with many parks and commercial streets, which are very convenient for walking and shopping. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

GGuest UserEverything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, good service, warm and thoughtful, and the room is large, the bed is comfortable, that is, some people in the corridor smoke more annoying, floating in through the door crack, people, some people who smoke are low quality and lack public moral heart, for their own smoking addiction at any time regardless of the occasion. There are small commodity malls around, convenient charging, and very convenient to eat.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and my child loved the room.
Since we're back in Dezhou, we naturally chose the Poly Yueya Hotel again!!!

GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

Let me talk about the environment first. The overall decoration of the hotel is very modern and elegant, simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting atmosphere is just right, and there is a feeling of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The most surprising thing is the intelligent control of the whole house, which can open and close the curtains and adjust the lights with a shout, and even the air conditioner temperature can be voiced.
Besides the service, I feel the enthusiasm from the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, the smile is sincere, the speech is gentle, and there are questions and answers. The cutest thing is the robot to deliver the goods. I ordered the takeaway and sent it directly to the door of the room by the robot. I opened the door and saw it cute and was instantly cured. This contactless delivery is convenient and safe.
In terms of dining, the breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western styles, the freshly cooked noodles are very hot, the coffee is good, and the dining environment is quiet and comfortable.
The overall feeling is that this is a hotel that really understands our travelers. It is smart but not cold, the service is warm but not disturbed, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Next time I come to this city, I will choose here and I highly recommend it to my friends!

The ancient architecture blends seamlessly with the garden scenery; opening the window reveals pavilions, terraces, and a picturesque lake. The room was elegant and comfortable, with warm and thoughtful solid wood furniture and convenient, practical smart amenities. The service was attentive, and at night, we could enjoy the dazzling night view of Hualin Garden, immersing ourselves in Oriental elegance. It was a delightful and memorable stay. The hotel's proximity to the scenic area was very convenient. I'll definitely bring my elders here for another experience next time.
