Dezhou Hotels with balcony

The hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

Let me talk about the advantages. The hotel is very new. The environment and service are not bad. The room is large and clean. I like the mattress and the interesting red date tissue box. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. First of all, the toilet is not smart but acceptable. The flushing sound is too loud. There is a shower sprinkler. There is handheld and water. The pressure is not enough. Finally, if you sleep sensitive to light, you should pay attention to the blackout curtains of his house. It is 2cm away from the ground. I have light coming in in the morning. I don’t care. Overall, I am very satisfied. I can decide next time.

Staying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!

I recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are also complete, and the details are well done. **Intimate service, making guests feel at home** The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The room service responds promptly, and any needs can be solved quickly **Convenient location, convenient travel** The hotel is located very close to the Europa Park Animal Kingdom **Delicious food and diverse choices** The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff is friendly, and the dining experience is very pleasant. In short, I am very satisfied with this stay and strongly recommend it to everyone! Clean and tidy, cost-effective, intimate service, excellent location, good sound insulation, sufficient lighting, soft bedding, sufficient hot water, complete facilities, excellent price/performance ratio, polite front desk, convenient travel, quiet and not noisy, sanitation in place, complete toiletries, convenient elevator, Air conditioning and cooling are powerful. Opposite is the Ole Fort Water World.

The service was truly outstanding. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. They even gave my baby a small gift and a massage hammer to help me unwind. My only suggestion would be to expand the pool next year. My child absolutely loved the fireworks and water park at Oulebao. We'll definitely be staying here again next year!

The room is quite clean, with floor heating, and the overall feeling is good, but there are few supporting facilities, and it is a bit difficult to eat in the off-season.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, it is particularly comfortable to live, will come again next time

🌟[A Perfect Experience Beyond Expectations]🌟 My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the warm atmosphere and attentive service. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process stress-free. They even offered recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, making me feel incredibly welcome. The room was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I had a wonderful night's sleep! I especially loved the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows; whether it was the bustling city during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it was truly captivating. The bathrooms were modern, the toiletries were high-quality, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The breakfast menu was incredibly varied, exceeding expectations, offering everything from Western breads and juices to Chinese congee and dim sum. It was delicious and energizing for the day! The hotel's gym and relaxation area were also very clean and well-equipped, perfectly meeting my morning workout needs. What impressed me most was the staff's service—whether at the front desk, in the guest rooms, or in the restaurant—everyone was patient and attentive, truly making me feel at home. A special thank you to Mr. Meng, whose thoughtful assistance made my trip so much smoother. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation! I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-star rating, well-deserved!

Facilities: Complete supporting facilities Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: Convenient transportation Service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic service. I went on a trip with my friends and their children. I booked a two-bedroom suite. Two adults and two children lived comfortably. The hotel has a restaurant with rich dishes. Both adults and children ate very well. I will book Kunhe International Hotel next time! Recommended
