Outlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good. Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking. Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop. Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel. Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The room is quite spacious, larger than what you typically find in chain hotels. Breakfast is good; in addition to common dishes, bread, etc., they also offer freshly cooked noodles and wontons. They even have Mongolian milk tea. After the meal, there's fruit and yogurt.

The stay was wonderful! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and smiling. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. The welcome tea upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. Baotou's barbecue is particularly delicious 👍, there are several downstairs, especially delicious, it can be reached in less than five minutes on foot, especially convenient, the room is also very large and quiet 👍

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

It was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

The decoration and facilities of the hotel are very cultural, comfortable and safe. The facilities in the rooms are complete and very suitable for business people. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

We came to travel, Baotou's urban construction is very good, Steel Street is also very beautiful, the hotel is a landmark building in Qingshan, the service here is really good, the front desk lady helped us get the things we couldn't take upstairs, and also gave us 10 bottles of water, the environment is also good, clean, we can come often in the future
