DD6353****Very good hotel, highly recommended for business travelers. The hardware is better than most of the whole seasons I have lived in. The service is better than most of the whole season. It is not because of how enthusiastic the staff here are, but it makes people feel very comfortable and sincere. For example, a disposable toilet pad is prepared. The quality of the linen is also very good. Not only do the requests made by the guests respond and meet in a timely manner, but also the guests do not ask, and they will take the initiative to provide convenience. Breakfast is very appetizing to me, there are not so many fancy prefabricated dishes and fried foods, zucchini shrimp buns are hand-made, not prefabricated frozen. Thank you very much, let me feel at home in such a cold winter. I will definitely stay in the future, I hope to maintain this level. A little suggestion is to provide humidifiers in winter, and the indoor temperature is high, resulting in very dryness.

XXAFIONAReally unexpected surprise, originally booked a so-called four-star in Wuhai, stayed for one night, quickly checked out, woke up at 5 am to re-select the hotel. When I came to the hotel, I didn't dare to stay in again. I insisted on seeing the room first. I just met the beautiful boss. I was very gentle, kind and attentive. Take me to see two different room types, the service is particularly thoughtful! Although the hotel is not big, it has local customs and the room is also dignified. Every service staff is warm and friendly! Let my previous haze sweep away, and I have a different feeling for Baotou. It is a hotel worth recommending! Absolute five-star praise!

GGuest UserHaving stayed in many hotels, this hotel's sanitation facilities are truly exceptional. The toiletries are individually packaged, clean and hygienic. The bathroom has a perfect dry and wet separation, leaving virtually no water stains on the floor after a shower. The trash cans are odor-free, and the bags are replaced promptly. It's the details that make the difference; this hotel's attention to detail in sanitation significantly enhanced my stay!

I personally like it very much, and I am very grateful to my friend for recommending it. I have hardly ever reviewed so many things, but this time I was really touched. I will definitely go here when I go to Inner Mongolia next time.

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

GGuest UserIf you want to go to the grassland, don't hesitate to go to this place. The staff is very considerate and the scenic area is reasonably arranged. The food is very delicious. The RV accommodation experience is great. You can lie on the bed and watch the stars at night. The children's play area is very large, both indoors and outdoors. You can also experience Mongolian specialties, horseback riding, archery, and a bonfire party at night. The barbecue and fireworks are also given. The fireworks on the grassland at night are particularly beautiful. This grassland trip 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, especially the welcoming staff and waiters on duty last night were warm and generous, which impressed me deeply.
2. Suggestion: The toilet in room 6205 leaks continuously, the door handle on the right side of the wardrobe is hung, and the screw below is loose, so that the engineering department master can repair it best.
Next time I come to Baotou, I will stay at the hotel.

Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

RRogerA really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern.
Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining.
