MM304834****It's my first time staying in this hotel. The room is big and the price is affordable during the May Day holiday. It's very close to the Saikhantala Grassland, which is suitable for people who want to go there. The free parking downstairs is also very good. I recommend staying here.

GGuest UserReally beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top. My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. It is very convenient for travel and shopping. There is free parking in the backyard. The stay experience is very good. GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions.
Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete.
Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good.
Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad.
Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

JJu13The hotel is very close to the Baotou east railway station. It is easily accessible by Taxis. A lot of places to eat are nearby. It was a bit difficult with English, as our Chinese language skills aren't that great; it is good to have a (offline) working Translation App. The staff was very helpful nonetheless.
The breakfast is Chinese food buffet, several choices and a very reasonable price.
The room was spacious and clean.
A second chair for 2 person was the only thing we were missing ;)

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia.
The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience.
But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort.
5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThe yurts are a modern twist on the traditional yurts, these are more like hotel suites with a bathroom and separate shower within the yurt, a good feature if you are not looking for the authentic yurt experience. The drive to the grounds is very rural and you will drive past beautiful countryside scenery. within the grounds itself there isnt much to do, the owner will take you to neighbouring yurt hotels for bonfire, music and dance shows. On our drive back to Hohhot saw many other yurt complexes with more amenities (I don't know what the price difference is) and can't complain about the service, staff were very helpful and kind.

MM495938****I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
