GGuest UserChecked in around 10:30 pm on the 28th of the ***** year. The front desk was very welcoming and gave two breakfast coupons. The bed was very comfortable. I actually only slept for six hours and was woken up by my wife's alarm clock. Breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The mutton soup and cold dishes were good. The steamed buns and fried eggs were average. I used the washing machine and dryer, made tea, and watched a Persian class on the screen. By the way, southerners coming to the north can't stand the heat of the heater. I can only open the window, otherwise it's very hot 😉 Checked out before noon. The front desk gave me a bag of souvenirs, peanuts, melon seeds and apples, which was quite interesting

GGuest UserI haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain this state of continuous improvement.

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel in all aspects, including the service attitude of the front desk and other staff. It is a hotel worth staying in. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I can give a very high evaluation. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, but it is not just because of the upgrade that the hotel itself deserves five stars in all conditions.
Facilities: The sound insulation is slightly poor, and other facilities are complete.
Hygiene: I stayed for many nights and they helped to change the quilt. Only once did I find a used TT packaging bag. However, the overall hygienic conditions in Baotou are very good.
Environment: The room decoration is European style and not bad.
Service: I am really touched that a hotel at this price has service. Let's try it. The rating can still explain some problems.

GGuest UserThis stay was perfect! From the warm and considerate staff at the front desk when checking in, to the warm and elegant room layout, every detail shows the care. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel and travel is convenient. The hotel can also help with laundry, which is great and convenient! Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

As soon as you leave the hotel, it is a crossroads and convenient to pass. The rooms are very complete, very design, and have a simple temperament. This hotel also prepared a disposable toilet pad very intimately, the room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable. AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing reviews, nothing to say. The hotel customer service, Mr. Li who picked us up, and the rest of the hotel staff were all super nice. The hotel has private bathrooms, which are clean and well-equipped. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, took us on tours, and gave us many discounts. We had a blast. We met lovely people on the Xilamuren Grassland. I'm so happy and will definitely come back! It's much more reliable to contact a hotel than a tour group! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and adorable lambs! Horseback riding and archery at the Aobao meeting were so much fun.

GGuest UserWe came to travel, Baotou's urban construction is very good, Steel Street is also very beautiful, the hotel is a landmark building in Qingshan, the service here is really good, the front desk lady helped us get the things we couldn't take upstairs, and also gave us 10 bottles of water, the environment is also good, clean, we can come often in the future
