The hotel in Baotou gave me a surprise. It was cheap and good. I had a nosebleed on my first day as a southerner. I asked the front desk if there was a humidifier. The hotel didn’t have one and they found a way to get one for me. It really saved my life. Got it 😭 The beef noodles for breakfast are delicious. The service is very good, I can’t help but give it a good review😘

Staying again after 7 years, I feel that the equipment is indeed a bit old, the new hotel is frequently opened, and the scenes that were full before are probably not easy to reproduce, but the service hygiene is not said. Come to Baotou, Trip.com I blindly chose the Christine Hotel. I took a taxi from the train station at 11 pm on August 3 with heavy rain. The girl at the front desk was estimated to be in a bad mood. She had no smile and paid 200 deposits under my question. Later, I found that the order did not need to be paid and refunded to me. During the period, because the elderly child was hot and tired, she asked her for 2 bottles of water. She said that the room was available, and asked if it was not enough? In short, due to the above, the hotel had a not very good stereotype at the beginning. However, after the check-in, I found that the room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were complete, there were welcome fruits and snacks in the refrigerator every day, every staff member's service attitude was very good, the security guard, the aunt in the cafeteria, the people were very good. Especially the two girls at the front desk when taking the luggage on the afternoon of the 5th, the girl on the 74th was very careful and took the initiative to help us take a taxi to get water, so I just wrote this praise. Overall, the flaws are not concealed, if there is a chance to come to Baotou, you must also choose Christine!

GGuest User1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

MMARKDiaoI booked a light luxury room, 45 square meters, but was mistakenly given a standard room at first. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and they were very enthusiastic to change it to a suite. I thought it was unnecessary, so I just asked the store to arrange the original room type.
