Lliuxin9353Staying at the Vienna Hotel when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon was absolutely wonderful! The view of the Taihang Mountains from the window was stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic area, making it easy to drive there. The rooms were also great, with excellent underfloor heating, ensuring we wouldn't be freezing even in the dead of winter. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the robot delivery service was very intelligent. Choosing to stay here when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon is definitely the right decision!

We went downstairs early to wait for the restaurant to open for dinner because we were afraid of being late. The clerk learned about our situation and took the initiative to ask the restaurant if we could go in early for dinner. In addition, he also explained that the breakfast items might not be complete at that time. The service is flexible and not rigid. I kept a copy of the hand-painted map. I like it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, and my first impression was the enormous parking lot – super convenient for parking. The room facilities are excellent; it's clean, bright, and I particularly loved the view of the mountains and stream from the room, giving a very peaceful and comfortable feel. The service from the lady staff member was gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I don't know her name, I really appreciated her. The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good! I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

The waiter is warm and the environment facilities have nothing to say. This price is also available in Linzhou. GGuest User民宿裏面的工作人員太熱情了，剛到就有幾個人過來幫我們拿行李，山上的柿子熟了，管家很熱情的冒雨給我們摘了很多，還帶我們去了一些風景很棒的地方，然後晚上我們一個朋友有點發燒，發了個消息很快就有工作人員敲門來送葯，必須好評！
設施：民宿內大量採用木製裝修，樓梯也是松木地板，民宿內還有很多很多的書。
衞生：我們去的時候剛好撞到阿姨在打掃旁邊的房間，我們在房間呆了一會，給手機充滿電下去吃飯，兩個阿姨還在認真的打掃，房間內也很乾凈。
環境：因為民宿上在山頂，太行大峽谷的風景一覽無餘，這方面這個民宿真的沒得説的
服務：很重要的一點，我也是因為這一點，剛回家一定要給個好評！

What made us even happier was the hotel staff's friendly inquiries and warm greetings every time we entered or exited, making us feel right at home. The room facilities were smart and complete. You can really feel the effort of the Anyang people. The breakfast selection was rich, and they even promoted local specialty dishes. It was a rare and wonderful encounter.

GGuest UserFirst of all, parking is very convenient. I stayed in a room on the north side of the hotel. I could see Taihang Mountain and the river and park downstairs. It was really beautiful. The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, the hardware is good, I like this new Chinese style. I am a person who is picky about beds, the bedding here is OK, I slept very well. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. I will stay here again next time I come to Linzhou.
