Lliuxin9353Staying at the Vienna Hotel when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon was absolutely wonderful! The view of the Taihang Mountains from the window was stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic area, making it easy to drive there. The rooms were also great, with excellent underfloor heating, ensuring we wouldn't be freezing even in the dead of winter. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the robot delivery service was very intelligent. Choosing to stay here when visiting the Taihang Grand Canyon is definitely the right decision!

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, and my first impression was the enormous parking lot – super convenient for parking. The room facilities are excellent; it's clean, bright, and I particularly loved the view of the mountains and stream from the room, giving a very peaceful and comfortable feel. The service from the lady staff member was gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I don't know her name, I really appreciated her. The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good! I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

The waiter is warm and the environment facilities have nothing to say. This price is also available in Linzhou. The breakfast at this price should not be too high, and there is breakfast when booking. This price is too worth it.

The waiter saw that we brought our children to make milk powder and specially delivered several extra bottles of mineral water. The service was very considerate. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel campus is like a large park with beautiful scenery, which is very suitable for the whole family to play.

What made us even happier was the hotel staff's friendly inquiries and warm greetings every time we entered or exited, making us feel right at home. The room facilities were smart and complete. You can really feel the effort of the Anyang people. The breakfast selection was rich, and they even promoted local specialty dishes. It was a rare and wonderful encounter.

GGuest UserFirst of all, parking is very convenient. I stayed in a room on the north side of the hotel. I could see Taihang Mountain and the river and park downstairs. It was really beautiful. The room is very spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, the hardware is good, I like this new Chinese style. I am a person who is picky about beds, the bedding here is OK, I slept very well. The breakfast is also rich and tastes good. I will stay here again next time I come to Linzhou. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. It must be praised

II-am-DavidIt feels like it has a government background, like a government guesthouse, and many of the staff inside wear party badges. I booked this hotel because I was fooled by the four stars. This is the nearest four-star hotel near Cangxiang Street in the old city. The room facilities are relatively complete, but they are very old, especially when taking a shower, the moisture in the toilet is difficult to discharge. The breakfast is very ordinary, with relatively few varieties. The local specialty flat noodle soup does not seem to be cooked, but feels like it is washed out. The only good thing is that the front desk lady and the room service staff have a good attitude. It is recommended that the hotel should be renovated, otherwise it is unworthy of such a good location, or it can consider negotiating with the local tourism bureau to remove the stars (similar to removing A from scenic spots).
