I was very impressed with my stay at Crystal Orange Anyang Linzhou Hongqiqu Avenue Hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be attracted by its modern and transparent design. The lobby is spacious and bright, making you feel comfortable and pleasant. The guest rooms are not only stylishly decorated and reasonably laid out, they are also very clean and tidy, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring high-quality sleep. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, from high-speed wireless Internet to high-quality toiletries, all reflecting the hotel's attention to detail. The service is also commendable, the front desk staff are friendly and courteous, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very fast and efficient. What is particularly worth mentioning is that they always respond to guests' needs in a timely manner and try their best to satisfy them. This kind of considerate service makes people feel at home. I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

This is the priciest hotel in Anyang, and it was fully booked during the May Day holiday. The hotel is newly opened and located in the development zone. The staff are very service-oriented, and the facilities are brand new. There was a bit of a new-build smell, and there was a note on the table saying that the formaldehyde test results were fine. Just to be safe, I kept the window open the whole time. It takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi to get to the Yin Ruins and other main attractions. Although it's advertised as a 'Wanda' hotel, it's actually over a kilometer away from Wanda Plaza. Since it's in the development zone, the surrounding commercial area is still quite new, and many shops haven't opened yet, so you'll need to go elsewhere to eat. If ambiance and service are your top priorities, this hotel is a great choice. However, if you're looking for nightlife or places to explore in the evening, this isn't the spot.

Because I was participating in the Huaxian Marathon, I booked this hotel to be close to the starting point! The hotel staff were friendly, the air conditioning and heating in the room were moderate, and I slept well, so I won the PB in the race! Haha! Snacks and soft drinks are provided for free in the room, which is really good! A few comments: It would be best if there were more hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom!

The hotel is really beautiful there is a buffet and a spa downstairs, the room is big with a big tub and a spacious living room. The shower room was untidy and clean but overall i enjoyed my stay

The room was huge, the breakfast was delicious, the service was excellent, and they even helped with my luggage. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was great—next to the procuratorate, and the bustling Yin Ruins Museum is just a short drive away.

Location is great, just outside the hotel is a busy food strip with plenty of options and local delicacies. It seems like this area doesn't get a lot of overseas tourists, but it's definitely worth the trip, reception was very welcoming and helpful, and extended our check-out to 2pm for free. 地址方便旁边的街有很多美食，晚上热闹，前台很亲切的介绍当地好吃的食物，也帮我们提供了晚点退房的服务。

Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. Good soundproofing ensures a quiet environment for rest. Ample free parking is available for those traveling by car, but only one free entry is allowed per day; unlimited entry is preferable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for both business and family travel, highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The lobby environment is spotless. This hotel is highly recommended.
