"My stay at the Anyang Wanda Realm Hotel this time had both pleasant surprises and minor disappointments. You can tell the hotel's facilities show some signs of wear and tear, and the style is a bit traditional and dated, but this didn't affect the basic comfort of use at all. What was most heartwarming was the reception service at the front desk. The staff were gentle and patient throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very efficient. When I had questions, they gave detailed guidance, providing thoughtful and attentive service all the way through. This really offset any minor letdown from the older facilities, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable. I would definitely prioritize staying here again if I have travel plans in the future."

"The location is excellent, right next to the exit. You can see the big sign as soon as you get off the train. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very warm and attentive, answering all our questions. When we told them the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they immediately sent someone to fix it. My husband and I were very satisfied. We hope you keep up the great work, and we'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area."

"The hotel was new and the room was big with all the amenities one needs. Breakfast selection had a good selection of local and western offerings. Staff were friendly and helpful in translating Mandarin to a native English person. Naturally the best selling point of the hotel has to be the supper every night. Great for us after visiting museums the whole day and ordering food delivery from ******* (that's when the staff help us in setting up the Apps and selecting the hotel location) and having a proper dining area for our late dinner/supper. Our first time staying at Atour Hotel and will definitely make it our hotel of choice during our next trip to China"

"There is a small travel recommendation later. Stayed all season for the first time. Planted grass. The sanitation is particularly good, the bath water is hot and flushed, very relieved. There is coffee and tea in the public rest area on the first floor, and it is very comfortable to talk about things or work. There is still some distance from Wanda, and it takes more than 15 minutes to walk. Small flaws, the back elasticity of the thick pillow is not particularly good. Small recommendation: The hotel is 10 minutes straight, there is a valley porridge shop, open at 6:30 in the morning, breakfast is very comfortable, there is powder rice. The hotel is 8 minutes straight. There is an old store selling jar chicken. Be sure to call a few hours in advance to book. The dishes are large and cost-effective. The Xiuding Temple Tower is relatively biased, and the return car is not easy to hit. It is recommended to set it in advance or discuss it with the master. The ancient city thief is not fun, there is a Wenfeng Tower beautiful."

"Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."
