GGuest UserThe hotel has very good service and is connected to the shopping mall corridor and basement; it is a bit like Shenzhen Luohu MixC and Grand Hyatt, but the overall popularity and quality are lower.
Especially you can overlook Parliament Hill, Ottawa City Hall, Ottawa Art Gallery, the castle hotel Fairmont...
I thought not to stay in a too old hotel, I guess Fairmont is not practical, and the windows are small, so I chose Westin; but it was also very scary, the toilet backflowed, and all the feces and urine backed into the bathtub 🛁[Holding the wall R] Finally, the video, be careful to click, it's too disgusting 🤢. Fortunately, the hotel responded quickly and quickly changed the room. Otherwise, on a snowy night, I really don’t know what to do! By the way, I called Ctrip customer service, but no one answered
2205783****During this trip, I went to Ottawa twice. The second time, I specifically booked a supposedly better hotel in the city center. It actually fell short of my expectations. The room was small, and so was the bed. The air conditioner was one of those wall-mounted units, and it was very noisy. Because the cold air came from the corner, the cooling effect wasn't great. The location was decent, though it was a bit of a walk to Parliament Hill (not as close as I had heard).
梅梅什金司马攸Generally speaking, the water pressure of the shower in the bath is not large, and it is uncomfortable to wash! If the price can be under a thousand dollars, it can still account for a high cost performance. The location is not bad, very close to the University of Ottawa, not far from a few Chinese restaurants (you can find it on the map) The lobby is very small, and the parking garage is small and expensive 🥲 But Ctrip is good because they don't have I updated the booking information and wrote the paid parking as free, so in order to apologize, I paid the full parking fee for two days, Ctrip, the role model in the China travel app!
GGuest UserA short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem.
Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay.
Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.
