I booked Rideau Heights Inn from out of town to attend a downtown Ottawa festival. I wanted a good place to stay at an affordable price. This place didn't disappoint. The room was very well prepared by the hard-working cleaning staff: clean and tidy with everything organized and provided as promised. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and secure. I went for a short casual walk on the grounds of the inn after a very long drive. The front desk staff and management were very polite and professional. I intended to eat elsewhere but the the basic breakfast offered here worked well to tide me over. I thank everyone at the hotel for a great stay.

MMarie-Noelle DMy boyfriend and I booked a room at 2 am for the same night. When we arrived at the home at 2:15 an we realised that check in was only between 8 to 5. Our mistake. The owner accomodated us with a no charge as we showed up at 8 to cancel. Once everything was settled he even offered us coffee and breakfast. Everything ended really well. We appretiated his understanding and kindness to fix the issue.

GGuest UserThe motel is dated, but clean, and the bathroom had been redone. The location was great for our purpose of seeing Parliament Hill and the area around there; we could walk and save expenses. The staff was friendly and helpful.
