"A very good hotel, very suitable for a family. The hygiene is very good, there is housekeeping every day, which is a very good service in a serviced apartment. The front desk staff is very nice, and there will be detailed instructions even if they check in after get off work. In particular, an uncle employee on duty at night gave us a lot of help. The decoration style is modern and bright, and the large island in the kitchen brings a sense of happiness to cooking. The facilities are complete: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner are all available. "Very nice and clean apartment. Location is good as well. However, it was hard to find a parking in allocated areas as it used to get busy and kitchen... It's simply not practicle. I had kids with me but I couldn't do any quick meals for them as I was told the smoke alarm is very sensible and I would have to pay if it goes off. The kitchen's exhaust was actually leaving the air inside the cabinets. If you need a kitchen to do meals... This isn't the place."

"We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel "

"Awesome apartment with all the amenities and great views. Very close to a range of public transport and restaurants/ mall. The apartment has everything you need, including parking. Make sure to ask for pool towels on your arrival because we didn’t know they provided these until the end of our stay. Only a few things to note, the glass table in our lounge was not secure so just be mindful if you have kids. Also the couch needed a good vacuum as bits of food, dust, etc were down the sides of it. We only could get little bits cleaned up (as pictured) because our room vacuum, the suction wasn’t that great and it was partially broken."

It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time. For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy. In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point. The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up."

"We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the casino. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning."

"Location was good and we liked the fact that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms and both had a spa tub which the kids really enjoyed. Furnishings a little dated but still a comfy stay overall."

Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher.
