Broadbeach Hotels with Gym

I was very satisfied because the front desk staff were so kind. However, on windy days, the sound of the wind coming into the room through the door was a bit bothersome, but other than that, it was clean, had a great view, and was a very good time.

The room is quite spacious, just close to the road, a bit noisy, breakfast and dinner are all 🉑️ and free parking

1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting

The location was excellent. There were two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, so we could comfortably split up as a family. The washing machine was also very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook meat we bought at the supermarket. There was no lid for the frying pan and no salt, so we bought aluminum foil and salt. The view from the room was fantastic! We requested extra blankets in advance, and they kindly provided more than we needed. Even though it was winter, my son enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool. The jacuzzi was nice and warm.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment. It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

The hotel was very good. The room had a small kitchen and it was great. I think the hotel service is good. Good transportation.

It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.
