Broadbeach Hotels with balcony

"Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years. The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full. Without this drama, this hotel is good."

Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast was an absolute dream✨ We stayed for three nights, and it truly felt like home – the experience was incredible, and the value for money was unbeatable! 🏡 Room & Facilities: A detail-oriented person's 'dream come true' room Booking the two-bedroom deluxe suite was an absolute stroke of genius! Two independent bedrooms + two bathrooms meant no fighting over space when traveling with kids or friends, offering ultimate privacy. The 32nd-floor high-rise view was breathtaking! Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while overlooking the city. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze at sunset created such a fantastic atmosphere! The living room was incredibly spacious, and the giant TV made watching shows super enjoyable. The kitchen was a 'superstar': capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge – it had everything! The hotel even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a clean rag. They truly considered every little detail for cooking, which was so heartwarming! Making a cup of coffee with the machine every day and stocking the fridge with fresh ingredients to cook really brought that 'at home' comfort – it was so therapeutic! 🛎️ Service & Minor Incidents: Heartwarming experience with perfect attention to detail Upon checking in, we found some unemptied trash in the kitchen. We contacted the front desk, and someone came to handle it immediately – incredibly fast service! We accidentally made a mess on the floor, and the hotel policy was to clean only after a four-night stay. Surprisingly, after a quick chat, they arranged for housekeeping right away – truly thoughtful! Later, we learned that guests are supposed to dispose of kitchen trash in a designated area in the hallway. Honestly, a heads-up beforehand would have been perfectly understandable! A small reminder about this would make the experience even more perfect for future guests, avoiding any misunderstandings. 💯 Summary: The ultimate value-for-money vacation choice The overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! It was so much more comfortable than a regular hotel, completely feeling like 'home'. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. The apartment facilities are complete and thoughtful, and the service is excellent. Staying for three nights, cooking our own meals, drinking coffee, and enjoying the breeze on the balcony every day brought such a rare sense of relaxation! The value for money is outstanding, far more affordable than similar hotels. For a Gold Coast vacation, this is definitely the place to choose!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked a same-night reservation because I was comparing room types in a new tab and forgot to change the dates. I realised the mistake immediately, submitted a cancellation request, and even called the hotel that evening to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving so they could release the room to other guests. Despite this, I was charged the next day. When I called again, the manager said their policy requires 24 hours’ notice and claimed they “could not use the room for other reservations,” even though I had informed them the night before. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is honestly one of the least flexible experiences I have come across. Very disappointing customer service and not understanding at all."

"We stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the casino. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students. Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable"

"Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two. The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative. Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new casino precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic. Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience."

"We loved our stay. Very quiet room which faced north so morning sun into balcony and beds. The TV screen was the largest I have ever experienced in a room. Room service meals were excellent and no detail spared. Huge white towels and roomy bathroom too. Even iron and ironing board there. We can’t wait to return."

"It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay."
