Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok.
But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay.
From the sincere service of our staff to the comfort of our guest rooms, hospitality is in our nature. It’s in the live-edge Canadian maple furnishings and Irish wool carpets. It’s in the always made-from-scratch meals served fresh. But it’s also in the connections that are formed in meetings or over family dinner; and the connections we facilitate with our surrounding natural wonders. Whether with the dark skies above, the Ponderosa Pines all around, or the Grand Canyon just down the road.

I am catching up with the nearby university graduation ceremony. The room is super expensive. Even the surrounding car hotels have risen to 1,300. Decisively chose Xiaomei. The best hotel in flagstaff, the environment is superb and the decoration is very good. I will choose again later.

Service was great. Madison, the front desk manager was especially responsive and considerate.
I had to move rooms as being near the laundry room was a bit noisy with people going in and out and slamming the door inconsiderately. Also, the sockets on the base of the lamps did not work and were dangerously loose with the potential of a short circuit occurring. I wouldn’t plug my tech gear in those sockets.

The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

This stay was so disappointing. We're Diamond members so we get to a lot of Hilton properties. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating on check in, but it was the room maintenance that was just awful. The AC/Heat vent leaked all night and you could hear the drips. The rug was pulled back and worn out in front of the refrigerator and coffee maker and the staples were exposed so when I went to make my coffee in bare feet in the morning, the staple went right into my foot. The bathroom light flickered like a strobe light whenever you turned it on. These aren't service concerns, these are safety concerns. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem concerned. If the leak had drenched towels it probably was leaking to the floor below. And if exposed staples are going into guests feet because of lack of room maintenance, it's a problem.

Opposite the hotel, there is a golf course in a good environment. The American style of breakfast is quite limited, and there are no waffles that I love. There are eight rows of exits in the second room, so the closure is not too strong and it always feels less secure. The hotel should be a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is not bad. Overall, OK.

The hotel is a relatively new and advanced motel in the United States, the service is very good, the suite I live in, the bathroom is very big, the son's sofa bed can sleep well. It is the location too far from the Grand Canyon. I am set too late and during the tourist season, I can only live there. By the way, it was a bit hard.

YYUEConvenient transportation, just beside the expressway; convenient shopping, opposite to Wal-Mart; convenient parking, reported free parking. The refrigerator in the house and the microwave oven are complete, that is, the room is not big, the extra bed cannot be used, and the child needs to be asked clearly. Breakfast is a Western-style light meal, bread and coffee bacon and the like, milk is cold, people who are not used to pay attention. Overall it feels good.
WE jur spent 2 nights at Budget in and it was great Clan , quiet and very reasonable. I cleand rooms for years as a tean and as an adult so am very picky Will stay there again and recommend it to others Notreal fancy and but clean
SStevenSmall hotel very friendly. Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable.
GGuest UserStayed at this property and it has everything. Great hot breakfast with many choices. Its comfy in the room and peeps are professional. The area is beautiful if you are visiting. Lots to do and see. I liked this property because it is a brand I can rely on to have all the features I like.
GGuest UserDo not give this hotel money. I will just leave the email I sent to them as a review. ”Hello, I booked a room in Hotel Aspen inn suites from from June 7th until the 9th. Upon arrival we were told we would need move all of our things from our room the next morning because they needed the room that we were given. We were told we would be given an identical room later the next day, but where my irritation comes from is that if the room was identical why did we need to repack all of our things instead of giving the free room to the people that were coming the next day? The manager said it's because the people had booked it almost a month and half ago, but so did we. We paid for the room for two full days thinking we would have a fridge, only to be told we needed to pack it all up. We wasted money on food that we in turn had to throw out because of your hotels inability to schedule properly. The room was also in a sad state, the phone was on the floor with no table , there were only 4 towels in a room meant for 6 people, no wash clothes, the sofa bed actually hurt to sleep on and there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The second room didn't even have a sheet for the sofa bed. I am requesting to have a partial refund for our room. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you are going to have someone leave a room they paid for, at least give them a warning before they arrive. Having the manager tell me that we agreed to this was also infuriating seeing as we had no other choice, we had to agree or have no room at all. I had 3 children with me, I can't sleep in my car. ” I use the term ”manager ” loosely. She was basically just telling my it was our fault for agreeing and if we wanted we could leave the entire time I was talking to her. The pool also had a lock on it the two days we stayed there, and your socks turned black if you walked in the floor.
MMarianne MI did not expect to be impressed, I was just looking for budget friendly accommodations for the weekend for my husband and I to go to an event in Flagstaff. Less than impressed, I was almost disappointed enough to forfeit my payment and go somewhere else. We were planning to share the room with another couple and thank goodness they backed out because this room was barely large enough for my husband and I. There was barely enough room for the two double beds which were each pushed up against the wall with a narrow space between them, just big enough for the nightstand. Which had no outlets, btw. There was a small desk with a wooden chair, and a tv. There was an outlet to charge my phone, but it was behind the tv and was pretty overloaded since it had the fridge and the microwave plugged into it too. Speaking of the fridge, while it kept our drinks for the next day cold, it also leaked water all over everything somehow. There were no drawers, which is fine since we don't usually unpack for just a weekend, but there was also no closet. Just a clothes bar in the bathroom right next to the toilet. So my coat and dress for the next day had to be hung next to the toilet (which was thankfully the cleanest thing in the room). The sink area wasn't spotless but was clean enough to use. I refused to use the shower. It was probably safe, but the shower floor had no barrier between it and the bathroom floor, and when my husband showered it made the entire bathroom wet. The shower head was a handheld and mounted about 5 feet off the ground, so unless you were very short or in a wheelchair you had to hold it in one hand to shower properly. The sheets were clean and the walls seemed to have been painted recently. The floors looked clean at first, but then after walking across them I had to wipe my feet off before getting into bed and again before putting on socks. The flooring was new, but dark, and housekeeping is obviously not cleaning the floors between guests. I've stayed in many motel 6s over the years, and as a place to sleep they're usually just fine. But never again this one. Because it was a weekend my cost was over $230 for the two nights. For just a few dollars more I could have stayed at another cleaner hotel that included breakfast, a closet and a proper shower. Lesson learned.
GGuest UserThis was an overall good stay; room was clean, staff were nice, location was good. We checked in a few hours early and were charged $20; never been charged to check in early, but fine. We were charged twice so I later had to dispute with my bank. It's only $20, but it's still $20 so I wasn't going to let it go lol. Our key cards stopped working at some point, and we didn't have any toilet paper upon check-in so we had to request those things. Also, the A/C unit was making noises constantly and kept me up a while; it sounded like there were critters inside of it. So better maintenance I guess? Other than that, everything was all good.
GGuest UserIt was a decent room for a motel. Novel and cool and all the things you need in the room. Good firm beds & Lots of blankets too with a 2 blankets on each bed even. Lots of space & a lil mini kitchen. The Only issue was no parking in front of our room but that’s due to other people bringing multiple vehicles I think. And a grab to go breakfast was pretty junky-2 cupcake like mini muffins/juice box and granola bar. Not very healthy. But overall a good stay.
GGuest UserGrowing up in Arizona I have passed by this place numerous times over the decades but had never stayed here before. My wife and I are on post retirement a roadtrip and picked this place because of it's close proximity to the downtown area. First, the place is old and worn and not well kept. The rooms are small and cramped and the furniture is decrepit. The comforter on the bed was old and worn out and had cigarette burn holes in it. My wife had lost something on our trip and called back to the hotel to see if it might have been left behind in the room and found the staff very unhelpful. Distinctly and remarkably so. When she called she was told that they were too busy and that she should call back later. When she did she had to REPEATEDLY tell them when we were there, the room number and what we were looking for. After repeated attempts over several minutes she became disconnected in the call and decided it wasn't worth the effort to try again. The place is a dump. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
