Check in from a long drive. REedy for a hot shower, not a cold shower that I was provided. Back to desk I go and get the Pleasure of working with Toby, GM. Asked politely about compensation for the day having no water, his reply ” I'm sorry there's no hot water. That's your compensation!” I did demand anything, but respect would have worked great. As I was leaving the desk where GM Toby and desk clerk were he spurted out ”enjoy your no water” Who acts like in front of their staff. Terrible interaction, terrible hotel.
