Hotel with a private beach and a large pool, specially designed rooms, balcony with sea view, TV, bathrobe, coffee corner, a 12-minute walk from the ferry and the central location, but worth the view and quiet of the area.

These resort is really nice and clean but just only at the night we have the problem sounds with beach club because the resort really close meters far away the beach party bars so at the night we can’t be sleep until 3 am ,the sound of noisy is the whole night .Staff service is also very nice and breakfast also pretty good

I stayed for two nights. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the pier. There are good living facilities nearby. It is convenient to take a boat to participate in island hopping or return to Krabi, saving time and effort. To Loh Dalum Beach, the hotel is a 5-minute walk away. You can go out directly in your swimsuit. There are also the cheapest coconuts on the island nearby, 50 baht/piece, 80 baht/extra large piece. What's even better is that the hotel gave two people a three-day free buffet lunch voucher (250 baht/person). The only drawback is that the room has no windows, there is a musty smell when entering the door, and there are no tables and chairs in the room. It is recommended to book a room with windows Itinerary: D1: Krabi Thara Pier ~ Ko Phi Phi (2 hours) After docking at Ao Ton Sai Pier, pay the island fee of 20 baht first, and swim at Loh Dalum Beach in the evening D2: In the morning, climb directly to the highest viewpoint 3, take photos and overlook the island, then go down to the observation deck of viewpoint 2 to watch the sunset. Departs at 2pm, one-day island hopping tour, sunset tour, returns to Hong Kong at 7pm, great value D3: Swim at Loh Dalum Beach in the morning and take a shuttle back to Krabi in the afternoon Ao Nang Beach at dusk, go to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market at night

Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay.

The resort is located at Long Beach, which can only be reached by boat and shared by a few other resorts. Long Beach is very beautiful and not so overrun since it is mostly frequented by the people who are actually staying there. The resort provides an exceptionally good breakfast with fresh fruit and a great variety of savoury Asian and western dishes. The villas are very pretty and build into the hill with good aircon. The reception is very friendly and helpful. In the evening there are many nice places to have a beer or cocktail.

It was beautiful location a bit far from the noise and all. I had a villa up on a hill so the walk was tough for my wife with her knee issue but still came with a beautiful view.

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

Great hotel. Very friendly and especially helpful staff that meet you on the dock upon arrival by speedboat or ferry they'll take care of your bags from the dock to your room while guiding you the whole way. Check in quick and simple great rooms clean Great bed aircon bathroom etc. everything you need. Will not be disappointed . Location is good too.

Solo female traveler for 7 nights. Small room, large balcony but too hot to sit out and no privacy looking directly into others room. The layout of rooms leave no privacy at all thus even if you have a pool view, everyone keeps the curtain closed and can feels a little claustrophobic. The bed is super super hard (seriously like a thin mattress on the floor) and pillows very hard & high causing body and neck aches. Breakfast is good and very grateful to have freshly ground coffee. Location is convenient for visiting both sides of the beaches. It’s been many years since I booked with Trip and everything is AI generated thus I’m not sure if the hotel ever responded to me. I have been trying to contact the hotel for weeks regarding transfers that they mentioned they offers, but got no response. I have tried messaging through the platform, calling and texting them on WhatsApp and no response beside AI from Trip stating the contact numbers. I started to get seriously concerned if my booking is confirmed. On the morning before I got on the ferry to Phi Phi. I finally found another number on Google and lucky someone answered to arrange pick up from the pier as I have a few luggages that I can’t cope on my own. Shortly after when I am on the ferry to Phi Phi. I received a reply on my WhatsApp that they are too busy to reply. Too busy for weeks. This is not acceptable as it causes me anxiety if my booking has been confirmed. It doesn’t help as most of the messages through the app is from AI! In general, most staff are ok except for whoever is responsible for messaging with the guest.

The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment
