Phi Phi Islands Hotels with Wifi

"Firstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.  I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay. If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out."

"The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful."

"The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment"

"The location is just perfect,the resort sits right on the beach,sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views,the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good,although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi."

"Pros: - Beautiful nature - Private beach - Peaceful and calm place - Friendly and very helpful staff - Convenient store and cafe near lobby with a good view - Pretty houses - Kayaking for 300 thb 2 hours was very good Cons: - If you need anything more or you arrived on main Phi-phi pier be ready to spend 300thb one way 3 times a day. Or 1500 for a private boat - A very dirty swimming pool - In my opinion there is bad water filtration. Always a bit of a salty taste in the shower and during brushing teeth - No place to swim properly. One beach is a bit dirty because of people and boats. The private beach is full of rocks/corals and the depth is very small. Have to walk really far from land"

"The staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were big and spacious. It is at the top of the mountain as the name suggests but they have a good shuttle service from our experience although they don’t adhere to the timetable all that well! Arrive at least 20 minutes before it is supposed to depart from town. Breakfast wasn’t bad but almost everything has chicken in it and we don’t eat meat! The pool seemed under used by guests but was clean. Most of the water slides etc are switched off. The giant octopus ruins the views a little!!"

"Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee."

"Solo female traveler for 7 nights. Small room, large balcony but too hot to sit out and no privacy looking directly into others room. The layout of rooms leave no privacy at all thus even if you have a pool view, everyone keeps the curtain closed and can feels a little claustrophobic. The bed is super super hard (seriously like a thin mattress on the floor) and pillows very hard & high causing body and neck aches. Breakfast is good and very grateful to have freshly ground coffee. Location is convenient for visiting both sides of the beaches. It’s been many years since I booked with Trip and everything is AI generated thus I’m not sure if the hotel ever responded to me. I have been trying to contact the hotel for weeks regarding transfers that they mentioned they offers, but got no response. I have tried messaging through the platform, calling and texting them on WhatsApp and no response beside AI from Trip stating the contact numbers. I started to get seriously concerned if my booking is confirmed. On the morning before I got on the ferry to Phi Phi. I finally found another number on Google and lucky someone answered to arrange pick up from the pier as I have a few luggages that I can’t cope on my own. Shortly after when I am on the ferry to Phi Phi. I received a reply on my WhatsApp that they are too busy to reply. Too busy for weeks. This is not acceptable as it causes me anxiety if my booking has been confirmed. It doesn’t help as most of the messages through the app is from AI! In general, most staff are ok except for whoever is responsible for messaging with the guest."

"We booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review! Bicycles are available for complimentary rental at the hotel, although a fee applies if they are damaged or lost. The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going. The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved. Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices. During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs. Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard."

"The service was excellent; the staff were always willing to help. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out. My room was clean, well-ventilated, and smelled lovely. Everyone was very kind and friendly."
