"We selected a waterfront room and it was wonderful. We loved the room and the views. However, we found very uncomfortable that upon arrival there was a topless woman with her boobs out which is really bad for a couple to have that view when looking at the beach - so maybe, since it is a small beach that’s part of the resort, topless or nudity should not be allowed. The service was also impeccable as well as the food. Our tip: place a bucket in front of the front door so we can fill it with water to clean our feet from the beach sand before entering the room. Our room was always full of sand inside. Another long term change that could be considered is the mattress quality - it is quite hard and not so comfortable. Otherwise, everything in this hotel was perfect: food, room, service, super calm, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I would surely come back!"

"This was an amazing hotel and my friend and I really truly loved the experience!
It was so clean, smelt amazing and the facilities were incredible.
The pool is gorgeous, the restaurant served amazing delicious food that could be sent as room service and the massage parlour nearby was just as wonderful.
It's definitely worth a stay and is walking distance to the pier, a fantastic dive shop Island Divers right in front and was easy to get to and from!
Big love for this hotel and will definitely come back!"

"Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee."

"We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily.
Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort.
Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️"

"The room wasn’t bad considering the price and the view of the area ,but the mattress was a Little hard,there was a problem with the toilet flush but we called them and they fixed it ,there was a safe that we could put our belongings in but it wasn’t working ,
the staff were okay and you get two bottles of water every day in the morning ,the area had alot of mosquitoes though so the spray is a must at least 30 mins before entering and do not open the door unless u have to espacially at night as many of them will come inside"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location. Everything is close by! Not on the mountain. We were met at the pier and escorted absolutely free of charge. At our request, we were moved to another room, larger and with two beds. We made friends with Chen from the reception. A responsive and very kind guy.
Amazing island, unforgettable impressions, great excursions. The beauty of nature is off the charts! Shows on the island every day and everything is two steps from the hotel.
We will definitely come back!"

The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea."

"We booked this room for our two children. Upon check-in, we requested that our rooms be close together, and the hotel kindly provided a complimentary upgrade. This certainly warrants another positive review!

The swimming pools are nice. We only used the one located near the beach; the other one with a slide was a bit too far, so we didn't bother going.
The hotel offers a 'Nemo' fish feeding service daily, from 9-10 AM and seemingly again from 4-5 PM, which the children absolutely loved.
Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety and fresh fruit juices.
During our stay, we could explore the tidal flats between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM. The children had a blast catching small fish and crabs.
Mosquitoes were not a significant issue at the hotel, and we even saw a lizard."

"The location is just perfect,the resort sits right on the beach,sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views,the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good,although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi."

- If you need anything more or you arrived on main Phi-phi pier be ready to spend 300thb one way 3 times a day. Or 1500 for a private boat
- A very dirty swimming pool
- In my opinion there is bad water filtration. Always a bit of a salty taste in the shower and during brushing teeth
- No place to swim properly. One beach is a bit dirty because of people and boats. The private beach is full of rocks/corals and the depth is very small. Have to walk really far from land

KKristySolo female traveler for 7 nights. Small room, large balcony but too hot to sit out and no privacy looking directly into others room. The layout of rooms leave no privacy at all thus even if you have a pool view, everyone keeps the curtain closed and can feels a little claustrophobic. The bed is super super hard (seriously like a thin mattress on the floor) and pillows very hard & high causing body and neck aches. Breakfast is good and very grateful to have freshly ground coffee. Location is convenient for visiting both sides of the beaches.
It’s been many years since I booked with Trip and everything is AI generated thus I’m not sure if the hotel ever responded to me.
I have been trying to contact the hotel for weeks regarding transfers that they mentioned they offers, but got no response. I have tried messaging through the platform, calling and texting them on WhatsApp and no response beside AI from Trip stating the contact numbers.
I started to get seriously concerned if my booking is confirmed. On the morning before I got on the ferry to Phi Phi. I finally found another number on Google and lucky someone answered to arrange pick up from the pier as I have a few luggages that I can’t cope on my own.
Shortly after when I am on the ferry to Phi Phi. I received a reply on my WhatsApp that they are too busy to reply. Too busy for weeks. This is not acceptable as it causes me anxiety if my booking has been confirmed. It doesn’t help as most of the messages through the app is from AI! In general, most staff are ok except for whoever is responsible for messaging with the guest.

GGuest UserFirstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best
The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.
 I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay.
If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.

When booking, we realized that the only mode of transportation to the destination was by boat, which unfortunately led to a missed day of our stay due to check-in delays. Despite this, the service exceeded our expectations. In particular, a staff member named Rika provided outstanding service, attentively catering to our dietary needs. She was truly an asset to the team and enhanced our overall experience.

SSitiFThe check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

GGuest UserThe size of the villas were moderately good. Resort location was the best, I’ll say - in one sentence, close to the town, far from the chaos. But what challenging was the room location. Ours was a deluxe villa and those villas include too much uphill walk to the room. And its very easy to get lost among the puzzling roads towards the villas. The decoration wasn’t anything extraordinary. Moderate decoration, oldish vibe, not modern. They could’ve done better with the washroom I think considering the price. The breakfast was nice. I loved the coffee machine the most about it. Made me good hot chocolate! The view from the resort was nice, even some rock formations was just infront to sit upon.

I can see others are complaining about the walk, it’s like 10 minutes max, if you’re a regular active person it’s fine. We really liked being out the way of the loud music and bars! We loved swimming in the private beach out front, visiting restaurants (we really liked the mango garden) and also kayaked to monkey beach - which we were lucky enough to be alone at for hours!! the staff are nice too :)

GGuest UserThe location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal.

HHMurrayThe service for this hotel was amazing. Our luggage was collected and taken to the hotel from the port and the manager/lady at reception was so kind, helpful and enthusiastic and made us feel really welcome. The hotel location is a little far despite being a small island and the hill is steep but it didn’t stop us from going out or enjoying phi phi. It made it feel more secluded if that’s what you are after and the view from the pool of the beach was amazing with a few nice quiet bars around, just not near the center. The room itself was quite disappointing, the smell was bad, there was a massive cockroach on its back in the bathroom and when the shower was on the light in the bathroom flickered.
