GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

MMerveYSmall good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it.
Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place.
In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is a pleasure from the moment you check in. All the staff are friendly, always smiling and ready to answer your questions. They let us check in a little earlier than the official time, which was a welcome relief after all the flights and the transfer to the island.
The main thing I want to highlight is the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed at four hotels on Boracay, and none of the others came close.
Another major plus is the breakfast – it's really delicious, and I highly recommend including it when you book.
And the third positive point is its close proximity – just a 5-minute walk – to a less crowded part of the beach.
As a heads-up, the hotel doesn't have its own sun loungers since it's not beachfront. Our room faced the road, but it didn't bother us at all; we slept like logs.
What could be improved? The cleaning. For some reason, they only sweep the floors instead of washing them. Overall, the shower is showing its age, but we didn't have any issues with water.

RREE22The service has been commendable. Location is in Station 1, very convenient. However, we would like to suggest ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and kept up to date. One of the air conditioning units in our room has been reported and repaired multiple times, but it still fails to cool the room adequately. As a temporary solution, we opted to borrow electric fans instead. 😅

GGuest UserExcellent location, green and quite clean grounds with a pool. The surrounding infrastructure is well-developed: there are places to eat, supermarkets, and a pawn shop/currency exchange. The room is simple, and there are slight fluctuations in water temperature in the shower—but these are minor details that don't spoil the vacation at all. Overall, I recommend it!

AAngel FayeSuch a great location. Just a minute walk going to Willy's rock. Quiet and peaceful place. The staff, especially Angel and Beverly are such a gem. Friendly, accommodating, courteous, helpful yet professional. The chef, a cute and smiling face lady is also an additional plus factor of the place. Highly recommended!

MMaceh MarcelinoSituated in Station 3, beside the highway. It's near the beach for us. Room is okay, just on our 2nd day, saw a cockroach on the floor. Door was broken and made us skip our lunch due to maintenance trying to fix it.
Love the welcome as they have welcome drinks and help us carry our things to 3rdflr. But when the door in our room was broken and cause inconvenienced to us, didn't feel that they care, did not even apologize.
Stayed 3 days and there's only 3 choices for breakfast. We had to eat the same food twice.
