GGuest UserRiad du Rabbin is in the heart of the Spice Souk , and as soon as you enter you know you’ve travelled and the area is aive with sights, smells, noise and interesting people. It’s very close to Bahia Palace, the synagogue, loads of places to eat, taxis, shopping, and great coffee shops. As soon as you step into the riad you find yourself in sanctuary of stillness. Staff at the tiad are keen to help, even coming to the main square to meet us because the alleys in the soul are not accessible for cars. Everywhere is spotless. Our room was advertised as a double but it was extremely small and cramped with no external windows so really only suitable for one guest. We peaked into the family tooms and would definitely opt for that next time! Also need to say the pool is very pretty but tiny so more for aesthetics than s swim! Breakfast on the terrace was pleasant - imagine a very basic berber and portion sizes are small! One egg, one msemen, a mini pancake with jam and a slice of fruit. Luckily Kosy Kawa, a very nice coffee shop is about 2 minutes away! All in all we had a pleasant stay. On checkout our bill was higher than expected but it was changed to what we were expecting when we asked for a written invoice. Unfortunately their electronic payment system was down so they wanted cash. Luckily they accepted euros but only had a few coins and no notes for change.

NNataliBarliAt Raid Yakimur we rested with our son. Even before the trip, we answered our questions in detail, ordered us a transfer. When settlement, we had a Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the first floor, leaving the room we were immediately in a beautiful public zone. Very unusual experience of living in a raid. In the room comfortable beds. I lacked lighting, but it gave a certain atmosphere. Unfortunately, during our stay, breakfast on the roof was not possible due to the weather, but there was always possible to go up and take pictures. Raid himself is very atmospheric. Responsive, attentive and pleasant staff work there. They did everything to make us comfortable in the riad. Next time we'll definitely come back here again!

GGuest UserThe stay was excellent. In the heat of late July, in a hot and crowded city, Palais Moulay Said was ”our” home sweet home to return to—a cool respite between sightseeing outings. All the staff—from the reception and support teams to the bar, restaurant, and pool personnel—were consistently helpful and friendly. The convenient and tasty meals were a real plus! The rooms could have used a bit more light, but they proved very comfortable and were always clean—just like the rest of the hotel, which was always spotless.

ККесCute riad, and clean, but that's about all I can say. The room was tiny and stiflingly hot; the air conditioning couldn't even cope with such a small space. The bathroom/toilet doors were inconvenient and really just for show. All the bedding was covered in terrible pilling – it wasn't just how it looked, it felt like sleeping on a grater, very uncomfortable and unpleasant, and the mattress was hard. The breakfast was a joke: a mini flatbread, a small pancake, and a tiny biscuit. They poured a sip of juice into the bottom of a glass, served a 200ml teapot (meant for two) and all this with a cheerful 'enjoy!' What is there to enjoy? Couldn't they at least offer one egg? We eat breakfast at the hotel not to take thoughtful pictures over a biscuit, but so we don't have to run around the city an hour later looking for a proper meal. And the first thing they did when we arrived was try to upsell us on extra services (hammam, massage) – they didn't even let us go to our room, they sat us down and said, 'choose!'

GGuest UserEnjoyable stay at Riad Jibril. The tourist tax was expensive compared to my previous trips, as was the transfer fee, which could have been included in the price. Otherwise, a very good location in a very quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The staff at the riad were very friendly and always available.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

GGuest UserWe arrived at 1am after our flight was delayed. Our taxi driver called the contact number I had, and just two minutes later a lovely gentleman arrived to let us in, show us to our room, and ask what time we would like breakfast by the pool the following morning. What a beautiful Moroccan home it was! Our room, with its balcony overlooking the pool, was lovely—very cosy, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast by the pool. Our host couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. He was always checking that we were okay and asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay even better. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it easy to keep in touch with family back home via WhatsApp. We were also told we could store the drinks and water we bought each day from the small supermarket just a two-minute walk away in the kitchen fridge/freezer, so they were always lovely and cold when we needed them. On two occasions, our host made lunch for his family and friends and kindly invited us to join them. We enjoyed delicious homemade Moroccan tagine, which was such a thoughtful gesture and is a memory we'll always treasure. The day before we checked out, I explained that we had a 9pm flight the following evening and asked if it would be possible to stay until around 5pm, or whatever time was convenient, so we could shower and get ready before travelling home. His response was, ”No problem—whatever time you like.” That was the answer to most of our requests. They are incredibly flexible and genuinely want their guests to be happy. I had a wonderful four-night stay with my daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Moroccan experience, and we met some lovely people relaxing by the pool. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic stay in Morocco.

GGuest UserWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
