Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Otaruchikko Station and 34km from Sapporo Okadama Airport. With multiple attractions nearby including Shiomigaokajinja Shrine, Higashi Otaru Beach and Dreamland Icarus No Shiro, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.
"I blew this hotel! ! ! ! It's so beautiful and dreamy. The only downside is that the traffic is not convenient, and the bath has to go out of the room. (There is a toilet in the room)
I have the opportunity to really want to stay here for a month, and I can see the sea outside when I look up. The smallest feeling of this trip to Hokkaido is given by this hotel.
It was really nice to see the thick snow from the window...
It is recommended to stay at this hotel to apply for a transportation card in advance, and it is really impossible to live with 20 yuan in the city. .

AAbdul Aziz NuraziahThe house so big so it was a bit cool during winter. However the host already turn on the heater before check in. If someone prefer old fashioned Japanese house, this is the one. Overall all good.

From the beginning, Mr. Li was renovating his own courtyard on the second floor. When he saw me, he asked me ”hello, is that you?”.
My luck started.
He also picked flowers for me, borrowed a charging cable, and prepared breakfast.
This morning, Ms. Zhou invited me into the house for coffee☕️. I drank more than one cup. It felt like home.
I felt very lucky.
Soon after I checked in yesterday afternoon, they drove by.
Took me to Otaru. I saved the time waiting for the bus. So I had plenty of time to visit Tengu👺 Mountain.
Mr. Li and Ms. Zhou kept introducing me to scenic spots and transportation precautions ⚠️
Thanks again.
Next time is when winter comes.
Now I have boarded the ship from Tomakomai to Oarai🛥️

CclumsyEAWe were given another place called second house green with private bath and kitchen due to overbooking. However, the first floor was a bit and the shower wasn’t that good. Water was not hot enough even adjusted to 60 degrees and was rather weak.
It’s hard to find the house green as well and was only informed the access code after a while. But check out time was good. Beware of the snow as our car was buried in snow the next day.

The service attitude of the hotel front desk and staff was really very good, and the stay experience was great! There are hot springs in the hotel, and breakfast and dinner are also very rich. Dinner is in a separate small Japanese-style room with great privacy! In terms of travel, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the city. In addition, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the bus stop in the city at 9:30 in the morning. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay! I would like to praise the service attitude again, which is really great~ I had a very happy two days!

SSze Wing JannyThe room was small but super clean and cleverly set up with cool high-tech features. The lighting was cozy and made the space feel really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but dinner was absolutely exceptional—definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is great too, right next to the river, which is perfect for a peaceful morning walk. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

Safety is well-guaranteed with two locks. It's very quiet, and the common areas for dining and relaxing are all fully equipped.

Disadvantages: far from the city, there is a large hotel around the hotel that can provide catering services. There is no hair dryer in the room, no pot for boiling water (the hair dryer is shared at the front desk, and there is a water dispenser for boiling water in the corridor). There is no table in the room, it is not convenient to put things. The room type provided is different from the description of Trip.com (no sofa).

FFahimnazeriI chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the train station and great value for the money, and I'm so glad I did! Even though it's a bit far from Sapporo city, the short 2-minute walk to the train station made getting around a breeze. The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and cooking essentials, which really made my stay comfortable. I definitely plan to book this guesthouse again for my next winter trip!
