11866271****The hotel's hot spring was very comfortable. Some of the male staff at the front desk had limited English skills, and the service was almost non-existent. It's not very convenient to get to if you're not driving. The hotel does have free parking, and you can spot deer in the forest along the road. Overall, it was decent.

AaBok-HThe hotel is about a ten-minute walk from JR Chitose Station, with a convenience store right across the street, which is very handy. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety of choices, though it's not included in the room rate. There's also an airport shuttle service, which is very punctual; you just need to be in the lobby five minutes beforehand. Overall, I had a pretty good experience.

ははね⟡.·It was quite a challenge to walk through the snow with my suitcase from Chitose Airport, and it felt a little far, but I was happy with the location as there was a Seico Mart nearby and the room was spacious with plenty of space to spread out my luggage.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the rooms were a little small, but I would still highly recommend staying here.
